“‘ We would have healed Babylon, but she cannot be healed; let us leave her and each go to our own land, for her judgment reaches to the skies, it rises as high as the heavens.’

“ The nations say,‘ We would have healed Babylon. But it can’t be healed. So let’s leave it. Let’s each go to our own land. Babylon’s sins reach all the way to the skies. They rise up as high as the heavens.’

We would have healed Babylon, but she was not healed. Forsake her, and let us go each to his own country, for her judgment has reached up to heaven and has been lifted up even to the skies.

在彼有耶和華之先知名俄德、出迎返撒瑪利亞之軍、告之曰、爾列祖之上帝耶和華怒猶大、故付之於爾手、爾乃怒冲霄漢、大行殺戮、

爾所勤勞之事、於爾將如是、自幼與爾貿易者、各歸其所、無人援爾、

穡時既逝、夏日已過、我儕猶未獲救、

爾所見之樹、生長堅剛、高凌霄漢、四極見之、其葉秀茂、厥果繁多、足供眾生、野獸伏於其下、飛鳥棲於其枝、王歟、生長堅剛者爾也、爾之高大、凌乎霄漢、爾之權勢、及於地極、

往沽時、新娶者至、有備者同入婚筵、而門閉矣、其餘處女後至、曰、主歟、主歟、請為我啟、曰、我誠語汝、吾不爾識也、故當儆醒、以爾不知其時日也、○

其中僱卒、猶闌中之犢、咸卻退遁逃、而不堅立、因其患難之日、受罰之時至矣、
