“ The days are coming,” declares the Lord,“ when I will punish all who are circumcised only in the flesh—

「看哪，日子將到，這是耶和華說的，我要懲罰只在肉身受割禮的人，

“看哪！日子快到（這是耶和華的宣告），我必懲罰所有只在身體受過割禮，內心卻未受割禮的人，

『看吧，日子必到——永恆主發神諭說——我必察罰一切受過割禮，而心沒受割禮的：

耶和華曰、時日將至、彼受割而未潔者、我必罰之、

耶和華曰、時日將至、受割與未受割者、我悉降罰、使之同刑、

主曰、日將至、我以受割禮者與未受割禮者一並懲罰、

“ The days are coming when I will judge people,” announces the Lord.“ I will punish all those who are circumcised only in their bodies.

“ Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will punish all those who are circumcised merely in the flesh—

“ A time is coming,” says the Lord,“ when I will punish all those who are circumcised in body but not in spirit—

“‘ Look, the days are coming— this is the LORD’s declaration— when I will punish all the circumcised yet uncircumcised:

“ Behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord,“ that I will punish all who are circumcised and yet uncircumcised—

“ Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord,“ that I will punish all who are circumcised with the uncircumcised—

Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will punish all them that are circumcised in their uncircumcision:

“ The days are coming”— the Lord’s declaration—“ when I will punish all the circumcised yet uncircumcised:

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will punish all[ them which are] circumcised with the uncircumcised;

The LORD says,“ Watch out! The time is soon coming when I will punish all those who are circumcised only in the flesh.

“ Behold, the days come,” says Yahweh,“ that I will punish all those who are circumcised only in their flesh:

Mark my words! I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all.Again I declare to every man who lets himself be circumcised that he is obligated to obey the whole law.You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.For through the Spirit we eagerly await by faith the righteousness for which we hope.For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.

Circumcision has value if you observe the law, but if you break the law, you have become as though you had not been circumcised.So then, if those who are not circumcised keep the law’s requirements, will they not be regarded as though they were circumcised?

But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger.There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile;

You will die the death of the uncircumcised at the hands of foreigners. I have spoken, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”

Say to them,‘ Are you more favored than others? Go down and be laid among the uncircumcised.’They will fall among those killed by the sword. The sword is drawn; let her be dragged off with all her hordes.From within the realm of the dead the mighty leaders will say of Egypt and her allies,‘ They have come down and they lie with the uncircumcised, with those killed by the sword.’“ Assyria is there with her whole army; she is surrounded by the graves of all her slain, all who have fallen by the sword.Their graves are in the depths of the pit and her army lies around her grave. All who had spread terror in the land of the living are slain, fallen by the sword.“ Elam is there, with all her hordes around her grave. All of them are slain, fallen by the sword. All who had spread terror in the land of the living went down uncircumcised to the earth below. They bear their shame with those who go down to the pit.A bed is made for her among the slain, with all her hordes around her grave. All of them are uncircumcised, killed by the sword. Because their terror had spread in the land of the living, they bear their shame with those who go down to the pit; they are laid among the slain.“ Meshek and Tubal are there, with all their hordes around their graves. All of them are uncircumcised, killed by the sword because they spread their terror in the land of the living.But they do not lie with the fallen warriors of old, who went down to the realm of the dead with their weapons of war— their swords placed under their heads and their shields resting on their bones— though these warriors also had terrorized the land of the living.“ You too, Pharaoh, will be broken and will lie among the uncircumcised, with those killed by the sword.“ Edom is there, her kings and all her princes; despite their power, they are laid with those killed by the sword. They lie with the uncircumcised, with those who go down to the pit.“ All the princes of the north and all the Sidonians are there; they went down with the slain in disgrace despite the terror caused by their power. They lie uncircumcised with those killed by the sword and bear their shame with those who go down to the pit.“ Pharaoh— he and all his army— will see them and he will be consoled for all his hordes that were killed by the sword, declares the Sovereign Lord.Although I had him spread terror in the land of the living, Pharaoh and all his hordes will be laid among the uncircumcised, with those killed by the sword, declares the Sovereign Lord.”

“ You only have I chosen of all the families of the earth; therefore I will punish you for all your sins.”
