所以基督到世上来的时候，就说：“神啊，祭物和礼物是你不愿意的，你曾给我预备了身体。燔祭和赎罪祭是你不喜欢的。那时我说：‘神啊，我来了，为要照你的旨意行；我的事在经卷上已经记载了。’”以上说：“祭物和礼物，燔祭和赎罪祭，是你不愿意的，也是你不喜欢的（这都是按着律法献的）”；后又说：“我来了为要照你的旨意行”；可见他是除去在先的，为要立定在后的。

我的神啊，我乐意照你的旨意行；你的律法在我心里。”

耶稣就对彼得说：“收刀入鞘吧，我父所给我的那杯，我岂可不喝呢？”

仰望为我们信心创始成终的耶稣。他因那摆在前面的喜乐，就轻看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦难，便坐在神宝座的右边。那忍受罪人这样顶撞的，你们要思想，免得疲倦灰心。

耶稣说了这话，就同门徒出去，过了汲沦溪。在那里有一个园子，他和门徒进去了。卖耶稣的犹大也知道那地方，因为耶稣和门徒屡次上那里去聚集。犹大领了一队兵，和祭司长并法利赛人的差役，拿着灯笼、火把、兵器，就来到园里。耶稣知道将要临到自己的一切事，就出来对他们说：“你们找谁？”

起来！我们走吧。看哪，卖我的人近了！”
