可取其木、以製何器、可取其材、以作釘而懸物乎、惟投於火為薪、焚其兩端、並燬其中、尚有何用乎、其尚全時、猶難適用、況經火焚燬、則於製器、豈非更無所用乎、主耶和華曰、叢林中之葡萄樹、我以之為薪、投之於火、我待耶路撒冷居民、亦若是、我必怒顏向之、雖脫於火、終為火焚、我怒顏相向之時、爾則知我乃耶和華、

未錄於維生之書者、則見投於火湖焉、

彼自我而出、但非屬我者、若其屬我、則恆偕我矣、然其出也、乃顯其皆非屬我也、

爾當曰、主耶和華云、厥樹豈得繁盛乎、彼鷹豈不拔其根、摘其果、俾其憔悴、嫩葉枯槁乎、毋庸強臂眾民、拔其根株、

彼與爾同餐、則於爾之愛筵、有如暗礁、為無懼之牧者、惟己是飼、為無雨之雲、因風飄蕩、為無果之秋樹、再死根拔、為海之狂波、沫噴其辱、為流蕩之星、而幽暗冥冥、永留以待、

惟戰慄待鞫、及滅諸敵之烈火耳、

保爾右手所植之株、為己所固之枝兮、

惟爾見擲、不入於墓、若被棄之枝、以被刺而死、下於石坑者為衣、若被踐之屍、

猶大擲金於殿、退而自縊、

堅城荒落、為見棄之居所、闃寂無人、猶如曠野、牛犢牧於其處、偃臥而齧條肄、

彼不得出幽暗、火灼其枝、必亡於上帝之噓氣、

但畏怯、不信、可憎、兇殺、淫亂、巫術、拜像、及凡言誑之人、其分乃在焚火與硫之湖、此即二次之死也、○
