夫人娶婦而為新壻、新壻之友立而待之、聞其音則洋洋而喜。今者吾樂之沛然充溢、亦復如是。

娶新妇的就是新郎；新郎的朋友站着，听见新郎的声音就甚喜乐。故此，我这喜乐满足了。

娶新婦者、新郎也、新郎之友立而聽之、聞其聲則喜甚、故此、我喜滿盈矣、

新娶者有新婦、新娶者之友立以待、聞新娶者之聲則甚喜、如是、我喜甚矣、

娶新婦者即新郎、新郎之友、立而聽之、因聞新郎之聲、則喜、今我之喜滿矣、

The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete.

耶穌對曰：『新壻之友、方伴新壻、詎能哀泣？他日新壻被刼而去、斯彼齋戒時矣。

為夫者當愛其妻、亦如基督之愛教會；基督為教會而舍己、以聖道和水、洗之使潔、俾其成聖、為己造就光華燦爛之教會、既無瑕疵、又無縐容、惠中秀外、玉潔冰清。

吾儕當拓開心胸、懽忻鼓舞、以歸榮於主！蓋羔羊之佳期已至、新人已凝粧而待矣！新人承恩、得以光明皎潔之純紵自服。」純紵者何、諸聖之善行也。有天神語予曰：「筆之於書：凡被邀參與羔羊之婚筵者、福莫大焉。」復告予曰「此實為天主之言。」

如其有之、則當有以成全吾之神樂也。惟望爾等同心同德、精神團結、

上述七天神、攜有滿貯七災之七爵者、其中一神來語予曰：「偕予行、予欲示爾以新婦、即羔羊之良配也。」

爾向未托予名義以求、求則必受、爾樂充溢。

天神謂曰：『勿驚、予來報爾嘉音、福於普天生靈。救世主基督、適為爾誕生於大維故郡。爾見襁褓嬰臥馬槽者、便是。』群神俄現、誦聲悠揚、曰：『天主受享榮福於天！良人受享平安於地！』

今予歸父、而猶遺言於世者、欲使吾心之樂、沛然充溢於若輩之心也。

『是時、天國將如童女十人、各持一燈、出迎新壻。

爾衣世希有。馥郁發眾香。安居象牙宮。天樂聲鏗鏘。赫奕眾女中。有女出天潢。王后佩金飾。亭亭玉座傍。娟娟彼姝子。諦聽且思量。爾民與爾家。爾宜長相忘。王慕爾麗容。王為爾乾綱。小心事夫子。夙夜莫敢遑。諦羅諸淑女。嘉獻會成行。諦羅諸富人。咸求爾包荒。王女在宮中。榮華無與方。金線耀朝日。錦衣而繡裳。招展來王前。環珮鏘琳琅。眾媵隨其後。諸嬪亦相將。歡欣溢眉宇。踴躍入宮牆。爾子與爾孫。將紹祖令望。皆得踐王位。分封曁八荒。

召其鄰友曰：「亡羊已獲、胥其與吾同樂。」

『天國譬諸君王為其子設婚筵；

蓋我為天主之故、熱中於爾、甚至有患得患失之情緒。吾既將爾許配良人、固願爾好自保持貞節、克配基督。
