耶穌前來，對他們說：「天上和地上所有的權柄都賜給我了。

耶穌對他們說：「你們從下面來，我從上面來；你們屬於這世界，我不屬於這世界。

祖先也是他們的；照著肉身說，基督也是出自他們的——他是那在萬有之上當受頌讚的神，直到永遠！阿們。

他們屬於世界，所以他們說的屬於世界，而世界也聽從他們。

要知道，神的糧就是從天上降下來、賜生命給世人的那一位。」

因此神使他升為至高，賜給他那超越萬名之上的名，好使天上、地上和地底下的一切，因耶穌的名都屈膝，萬口為了父神的榮耀要承認耶穌基督是主。

要知道，父自己愛你們，因為你們已經愛我，並且相信我是從神而來的。我從父而出，來到這世界；又要離開這世界，到父那裡去。」

神曾將這能力運作在基督的身上，使基督從死人中復活，並且使他在天上坐在自己的右邊，遠遠高過一切統治的、掌權的、有勢力的、有主權的，和一切被稱的名號，不僅在這世代，而且也在那將要來臨的世代。

在他的袍子上、大腿上寫著一個名號：「萬王之王，萬主之主。」

我告訴你們地上的事，你們尚且不信，如果我告訴你們天上的事，你們怎麼會信呢？除了從天上降下來的人子，沒有人升過天。

他是那在我之後來的，我就是為他解鞋帶也不配。」

神藉著耶穌基督——這一位就是萬有之主——傳和平的福音，把這話語賜給了以色列子民。

這樣，第一個約也包括了事奉禮的規定和地上的聖所，

我就是從天上降下來的生命的糧。人如果吃了這糧，就將活著，直到永遠。我要賜的糧就是我的肉身，是為了世人的生命所賜的。」

約翰為他做見證，呼喊說：「這一位就是我曾說過的，『那在我之後來的，已成為在我前面的，因為他在我之前就已經存在。』」

這一位就是我所說的『那在我之後來的人，已成為在我前面的，因為在我之前他就存在了。』

所以經上說：他升上高天的時候，擄掠了俘虜，把各樣的恩惠賜給了人。那麼「他升上」這話是什麼意思呢？難道不也是說他曾降到地的低層嗎？降下來的那一位，也就是為要充滿萬有而升到諸天之上的那一位。

因為父怎樣使死人復活，賜他們生命，子也照樣按自己的意願賜人生命。事實上，父並不審判任何人，而把一切審判的事都交給了子，好使所有的人都尊重子，就像尊重父那樣。不尊重子的，就是不尊重派他來的父。「我確確實實地告訴你們：誰聽我的話，又相信派我來的那一位，誰就有永恆的生命。他不但不被定罪，而且已經出死入生了。「我確確實實地告訴你們：時候就要到了，現在就是了！當死人聽見神兒子的聲音時，聽到的人就將活了。

耶穌基督已經升天，就在神的右邊，天使們、掌權的、有勢力的，都服從了他。

這會幕是現今時代的一個象徵，在這裡所獻上的禮物和祭物，並不能使事奉者的良心得以完全，因為這些只是關於飲食和各種洗淨禮，是屬肉體的規定，一直實施到更新的時候為止。

第一個人是出於地，是屬塵土的；第二個人是出於天。屬塵土的那個人怎樣，那些屬塵土的也就怎樣；屬天的那一位怎樣，那些屬天的也就怎樣。
