and come out— those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned.

蓋天主大公無私、按人之行、施之以報：為善有恆、追求真光榮、真不朽者、報以永生、而營私樹黨、逆真理而順邪惡者、則報以譴怒。患難困苦加於作惡之人、始自猶太、推及希臘。尊榮安康、加於為善之人、亦始自猶太、推及希臘。

我所望於天主者、無論善人惡人悉將復活、即彼等亦未嘗不懷此盼望也。

當人子偕諸天神、威靈顯赫、駕雲而降也、將坐於尊位、集萬民其前、而予甄別猶如牧者之間綿羊與山羊、綿羊置右、山羊置左。至是王將謂右者曰：「爾等見寵於吾父者、自創世以來為爾所備之國、胥來承嗣。蓋曩者我饑、爾則食之、我渴、爾則飲之、我作客、爾則納之、我裸、爾則衣之、我疾、爾則視之、我在獄、爾則來探之也。」善者將曰「主乎、吾何曾見爾飢而食之、渴而飲之？又何曾見爾作客而納之、裸而衣之？更何曾見爾有疾、在獄、而探視之耶？」王將謂之曰：「吾實語爾、爾所施於我兄弟中之至微者、即施之於我身也。」王又將謂左者曰：「被詛者流、其離我！當投諸不熄之烈火、蓋此原為魔鬼及其眾徒而備也。蓋曩者我飢、而爾不予以食、我渴、而爾不予以飲我作客、而爾不予以接納、我裸、而爾不予以衣、有疾、在獄、而爾不予以探視也、」彼將對曰：「主乎、我何曾見爾飢渴、作客、無衣、患病、在獄、而竟不予以侍奉乎？」王將答曰：「吾實語爾爾未施之於至微者、即未施之於吾身耳。」遂群就天戮；而善者則享永生。』

凡播種於慾田者、必於慾田穫朽腐之果；而播種於靈田者、則於靈田穫常生之果。吾人但須努力耕耘、為善有恆、始終不渝、時既成熟、必有收穫。是故吾人亟應隨機為有益於人之事、而尤以扶助同道中人、為當務之急也。

蓋若輩無以相報、而爾必見報於諸聖復活之日矣。』

亦欲吾人努力為善、富於美德、慷慨為懷、博施濟眾而已矣。

棄惡勉行善、和睦最可悅；

同時亦毋忘樂善助人、斯亦祭也；欲慰悅天心、莫善於此矣。
