Where then does wisdom come from, and where is understanding located?

“智慧从何处来呢？聪明之处在哪里呢？

“智慧从何处来呢？聪明之地在哪里？

“智慧从何处来呢？聪明之地在哪里？

“然而，智慧何处寻？聪明之道在哪里？

然而，智慧从哪里来，聪明之地在哪里呢？

智慧從何處來呢？聰明之處在哪裏呢？

「智慧從何處來呢？聰明之地在哪裏？

「智慧從何處來呢？聰明之地在哪裏？

「然而，智慧何處尋？聰明之道在哪裡？

然而，智慧從哪裡來，聰明之地在哪裡呢？

『智慧從哪裏來？明達之處在哪裏呢？

然則智慧奚自、明哲之所何在、

智慧從何至、聰明在何方、

智慧自何來、明哲在何方、

Where then does wisdom come from? Where does understanding dwell?

So where does wisdom come from? Where does understanding live?

“ From where, then, does wisdom come? And where is the place of understanding?

“ But do people know where to find wisdom? Where can they find understanding?

Where then does wisdom come from? And where is this place of understanding?

“ From where then does wisdom come? And where is the place of understanding?

Whence then cometh wisdom? And where is the place of understanding?

Where then does wisdom come from, and where is understanding located?

Whence then cometh wisdom? and where[ is] the place of understanding?

“ But wisdom– where does it come from? Where is the place of understanding?

Where then does wisdom come from? Where is the place of understanding?

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God— who gives to all generously and ungrudgingly— and it will be given to him.

But where can wisdom be found, and where is understanding located?

He said to mankind,“ The fear of the Lord— that is wisdom. And to turn from evil is understanding.”

I have tested all this by wisdom. I resolved,“ I will be wise,” but it was beyond me.What exists is beyond reach and very deep. Who can discover it?

For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.

But God understands the way to wisdom, and he knows its location.

We do, however, speak a wisdom among the mature, but not a wisdom of this age, or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.On the contrary, we speak God’s hidden wisdom in a mystery, a wisdom God predestined before the ages for our glory.None of the rulers of this age knew this wisdom, because if they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.But as it is written, What no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived— God has prepared these things for those who love him.Now God has revealed these things to us by the Spirit, since the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.For who knows a person’s thoughts except his spirit within him? In the same way, no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who comes from God, so that we may understand what has been freely given to us by God.We also speak these things, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual things to spiritual people.But the person without the Spirit does not receive what comes from God’s Spirit, because it is foolishness to him; he is not able to understand it since it is evaluated spiritually.The spiritual person, however, can evaluate everything, and yet he himself cannot be evaluated by anyone.
