To you, Lord, I call, for fire has devoured the pastures in the wilderness and flames have burned up all the trees of the field.

Lord, I call out to you. Fire has burned up the desert grasslands. Flames have destroyed all the trees in the fields.

“我要为山岭哭泣悲哀，为旷野的草场扬声哀号；因为都已干焦，甚至无人经过。人也听不见牲畜鸣叫，空中的飞鸟和地上的野兽都已逃去。

并要在患难之日求告我；我必搭救你，你也要荣耀我。”

主耶和华又指示我一件事：他命火来惩罚以色列，火就吞灭深渊，险些将地烧灭。

至于我，我要仰望耶和华，要等候那救我的神；我的神必应允我。

应当一无挂虑，只要凡事藉着祷告、祈求，和感谢，将你们所要的告诉神。神所赐出人意外的平安，必在基督耶稣里保守你们的心怀意念。

他若求告我，我就应允他；他在急难中，我要与他同在；我要搭救他，使他尊贵。

神的选民昼夜呼吁他，他纵然为他们忍了多时，岂不终久给他们伸冤吗？

虽然无花果树不发旺，葡萄树不结果，橄榄树也不效力，田地不出粮食，圈中绝了羊，棚内也没有牛；然而，我要因耶和华欢欣，因救我的神喜乐。

它们前面如火烧灭，后面如火焰烧尽。未到以前，地如伊甸园；过去以后，成了荒凉的旷野；没有一样能躲避它们的。

耶稣设一个比喻，是要人常常祷告，不可灰心。
