愿平安之主随时随地亲自赐你们平安！愿主与你们同在！

不论是在得救的人当中还是在灭亡的人当中，对上帝来说，我们都是基督的馨香之气。对灭亡的人而言，这香气是叫人死亡的香气；对得救的人来说，这香气却是叫人得生命的香气。谁能担当这样的重任呢？

那时，你们随从今世的风俗，顺服在空中掌权的魔鬼，就是如今在一切叛逆上帝之人心中运行的邪灵。我们以前也在他们当中随从罪恶的本性，放纵肉体和心中的私欲，与其他人一样本是惹上帝发怒的人。

他们生病时，我披上麻衣，谦卑地为他们禁食祷告，但上帝没有垂听。

不要被虚空的道理欺骗，因为上帝的烈怒必临到上述那些悖逆的人。

使人和睦的人撒下和平的种子，必收获仁义的果实。

必有一个婴儿为我们诞生，有一个孩子要赐给我们，祂必统治我们。祂被称为奇妙的策士、全能的上帝、永存的父、和平的君。

所以，请你赶快想个法子，不然主人和他全家恐怕都会大难临头。主人是个凶暴的人，没有人敢跟他说话。”

你们既是顺服的儿女，就不要再像从前无知的时候那样放纵私欲。
