He went down with them and stood on a level place. A large crowd of his disciples was there and a great number of people from all over Judea, from Jerusalem, and from the coastal region around Tyre and Sidon,

When they came down from the mountain, the disciples stood with Jesus on a large, level area, surrounded by many of his followers and by the crowds. There were people from all over Judea and from Jerusalem and from as far north as the seacoasts of Tyre and Sidon.

“ Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon which were done in you, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.

Jesus, perceiving that, withdrew from there. Great multitudes followed him; and he healed them all,

Jesus went out, and he saw a great multitude. He had compassion on them, and healed their sick.

Fools are afflicted because of their disobedience, and because of their iniquities.Their soul abhors all kinds of food. They draw near to the gates of death.Then they cry to Yahweh in their trouble, he saves them out of their distresses.He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them from their graves.

who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,

In these days, he went out to the mountain to pray, and he continued all night in prayer to God.

From there he arose, and went away into the borders of Tyre and Sidon. He entered into a house, and didn’t want anyone to know it, but he couldn’t escape notice.For a woman, whose little daughter had an unclean spirit, having heard of him, came and fell down at his feet.Now the woman was a Greek, a Syrophoenician by race. She begged him that he would cast the demon out of her daughter.But Jesus said to her,“ Let the children be filled first, for it is not appropriate to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”But she answered him,“ Yes, Lord. Yet even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs.”He said to her,“ For this saying, go your way. The demon has gone out of your daughter.”She went away to her house, and found the child having been laid on the bed, with the demon gone out.Again he departed from the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and came to the sea of Galilee, through the middle of the region of Decapolis.

Jesus went about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.The report about him went out into all Syria. They brought to him all who were sick, afflicted with various diseases and torments, possessed with demons, epileptics, and paralytics; and he healed them.Great multitudes from Galilee, Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea and from beyond the Jordan followed him.

Jesus withdrew to the sea with his disciples, and a great multitude followed him from Galilee, from Judea,from Jerusalem, from Idumaea, beyond the Jordan, and those from around Tyre and Sidon. A great multitude, hearing what great things he did, came to him.He spoke to his disciples that a little boat should stay near him because of the crowd, so that they wouldn’t press on him.For he had healed many, so that as many as had diseases pressed on him that they might touch him.The unclean spirits, whenever they saw him, fell down before him, and cried,“ You are the Son of God!”He sternly warned them that they should not make him known.

But the report concerning him spread much more, and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.

Jesus went out from there, and withdrew into the region of Tyre and Sidon.
