This is why I speak to them in parables:“ Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand.

即大試鍊、與異蹟奇事、爾所見者、惟至今日、耶和華未嘗賜爾心能明、目能見、耳能聽、

爾曹聾者宜聽、盲者宜視而明、誰為瞽、非我僕乎、誰為聾、如我所遣之使乎、誰為瞽如我之同盟、誰為瞽如耶和華之僕乎、爾多見而不悟、啟耳而不聞、

惟爾目福矣、以其見也、爾耳福矣、以其聞也、

耶穌知之曰、何因無餅相議耶、爾猶未識未悟乎、爾心頑乎、爾有目不視、有耳不聽、亦不憶乎、
