and then twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on his head. They put a staff in his right hand. Then they knelt in front of him and mocked him.“ Hail, king of the Jews!” they said.

Then they twisted thorns together to make a crown. They placed it on his head. They put a stick in his right hand. Then they fell on their knees in front of him and made fun of him.“ We honor you, king of the Jews!” they said.

把祂交給外族人，受嘲弄、鞭打，被釘在十字架上。但第三天祂必復活。」

祂被藐視，遭人厭棄，飽受痛苦，歷盡憂患。人們對祂不屑一顧，我們也不尊重祂。

向祂行禮，並喊著說：「猶太人的王萬歲！」

士兵用荊棘編成冠冕戴在祂頭上，又拿紫袍給祂穿上，來到祂面前說：「猶太人的王萬歲！」然後又用手掌打祂。

你知道我受的辱罵、欺凌和羞辱，你看到了我仇敵的所作所為。他們的辱罵使我心碎，令我絕望無助。我渴望有人同情，卻沒有一個；期望有人安慰，卻無一人。

猶大隨即走到耶穌跟前，說：「老師，你好。」然後親吻耶穌。

定睛仰望為我們的信心創始成終的耶穌。祂為了擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的痛苦，如今已坐在上帝寶座的右邊。你們要思想忍受罪人如此頂撞的主，免得疲倦灰心。

耶和華啊，你欺騙我，我被你騙了。你制伏我，勝過我。如今，我成了人們終日嘲笑、戲弄的對象。

他們在祂頭頂上掛了一個牌子，上面寫著祂的罪狀：「這是猶太人的王耶穌」。

士兵們也戲弄祂，拿了些酸酒上前給祂喝，又說：「如果你是猶太人的王，救救自己呀！」

以色列的救贖主和聖者——耶和華對受藐視、被本國人憎恨、遭官長奴役的那位說：「因為揀選你的以色列的聖者耶和華是信實的，君王必在你面前肅然起立，首領必在你面前俯伏下拜。」

我為了你的緣故遭受辱罵，羞辱滿面。

我遭遇患難時，他們卻聚在一起幸災樂禍，合夥誹謗我。素不相識的人也群起攻擊我，不住地譭謗我。他們肆無忌憚地嘲弄我，咬牙切齒地憎惡我。
