for it is not the hearers of the Law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the Law who will be justified.

But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not just hearers who deceive themselves.

“ Now why do you call Me,‘ Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?

But He said,“ On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and follow it.”

Yet later, the other virgins also came, saying,‘ Lord, lord, open up for us.’But he answered,‘ Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’

For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.”

They profess to know God, but by their deeds they deny Him, being detestable and disobedient and worthless for any good deed.

The one who overcomes will be clothed the same way, in white garments; and I will not erase his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

Therefore, since it remains for some to enter it, and those who previously had good news preached to them failed to enter because of disobedience,

equip you in every good thing to do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

“ Therefore, everyone who confesses Me before people, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven.But whoever denies Me before people, I will also deny him before My Father who is in heaven.

Jesus answered,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

so as to live the rest of the time in the flesh no longer for human lusts, but for the will of God.

But are you willing to acknowledge, you foolish person, that faith without works is useless?Was our father Abraham not justified by works when he offered up his son Isaac on the altar?You see that faith was working with his works, and as a result of the works, faith was perfected;and the Scripture was fulfilled which says,“ And Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,” and he was called a friend of God.You see that a person is justified by works and not by faith alone.In the same way, was Rahab the prostitute not justified by works also when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way?For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead.

For whoever does the will of My Father who is in heaven, he is My brother, and sister, and mother.”

Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they will have the right to the tree of life, and may enter the city by the gates.

If anyone is willing to do His will, he will know about the teaching, whether it is of God, or I am speaking from Myself.

And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.”

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

and said,“ Truly I say to you, unless you change and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.

For whoever does the will of God, this is My brother, and sister, and mother.”

For this is the will of God, your sanctification; that is, that you abstain from sexual immorality;

Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God;and whatever we ask, we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight.This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us.The one who keeps His commandments remains in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He remains in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

His master said to him,‘ Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter the joy of your master.’

The one who hates Me hates My Father also.

in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.

Epaphras, who is one of your own, a bond servant of Christ Jesus, sends you his greetings, always striving earnestly for you in his prayers, that you may stand mature and fully assured in all the will of God.

They cry out to Me,“ My God, we of Israel know You!”Israel has rejected the good; The enemy will pursue him.

But He answered them,“ My Father is working until now, and I Myself am working.”

and he shall rule them with a rod of iron, as the vessels of the potter are shattered, as I also have received authority from My Father;

And Jesus said to him,“ Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.

My heavenly Father will also do the same to you, if each of you does not forgive his brother from your heart.”

“ See that you do not look down on one of these little ones; for I say to you that their angels in heaven continually see the face of My Father who is in heaven.

But also some of the Jewish exorcists, who went from place to place, attempted to use the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had the evil spirits, saying,“ I order you in the name of Jesus whom Paul preaches!”Now there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, doing this.But the evil spirit responded and said to them,“ I recognize Jesus, and I know of Paul, but who are you?”And the man in whom was the evil spirit, pounced on them and subdued all of them and overpowered them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.This became known to all who lived in Ephesus, both Jews and Greeks; and fear fell upon them all and the name of the Lord Jesus was being magnified.Also many of those who had believed kept coming, confessing and disclosing their practices.And many of those who practiced magic brought their books together and began burning them in the sight of everyone; and they added up the prices of the books and found it to be fifty thousand pieces of silver.So the word of the Lord was growing and prevailing mightily.

And Jesus, looking around,* said to His disciples,“ How hard it will be for those who are wealthy to enter the kingdom of God!”And the disciples were amazed at His words. But Jesus responded again and* said to them,“ Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God!

If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him.”

He went away again a second time and prayed, saying,“ My Father, if this cup cannot pass away unless I drink from it, Your will be done.”

And He went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying,“ My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will.”

“ Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.

And if your eye is causing you to sin, throw it away; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, than, having two eyes, to be thrown into hell,
