虽然大军围攻我，我心中却一无所惧；虽然战争来临，我仍满怀信心。

不要怕突来的灾祸，不要怕恶人遭毁灭，

我的心啊，我的心啊！我伤心欲绝，烦躁不安。我无法保持缄默，因为我听见了号角声和呐喊声。恶讯频传，山河破碎，我的帐篷忽然倒塌，幔子顷刻破裂。我还要看这旌旗、听这号声到何时呢？

“他们认为是阴谋的，你们不要认为是阴谋。他们所怕的，你们不要怕，也不要畏惧。

他不怕恶讯，他坚定地信靠耶和华。

境内谣言四起时，你们不要惊慌害怕，因为今年传这风声，明年却传那风声，说境内必有暴乱，官长要互相残杀。

上帝是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们患难中随时的帮助。因此，任大地震动，群山沉入深海；任海涛汹涌澎湃，群山摇撼颤抖，我们也不惧怕。（细拉）

耶稣继续说：“你们心里不要忧愁，你们要信上帝，也要信我。

人都难免一死，就像覆水难收。然而，上帝不是要夺取人的性命，而是要设法使流亡的人重新回来。
