「他們認為是陰謀的，你們不要認為是陰謀。他們所怕的，你們不要怕，也不要畏懼。

他不怕惡訊，他堅定地信靠耶和華。

境內謠言四起時，你們不要驚慌害怕，因為今年傳這風聲，明年卻傳那風聲，說境內必有暴亂，官長要互相殘殺。

上帝是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們患難中隨時的幫助。因此，任大地震動，群山沉入深海；任海濤洶湧澎湃，群山搖撼顫抖，我們也不懼怕。（細拉）

耶穌繼續說：「你們心裡不要憂愁，你們要信上帝，也要信我。

人都難免一死，就像覆水難收。然而，上帝不是要奪取人的性命，而是要設法使流亡的人重新回來。
