当谨守你的心，胜过保守一切，因为生命的泉源由心而出。

对洁净的人，一切都是洁净的；对污秽和不信的人，没有一样是洁净的，就是他们的理性和良心也都被污秽了。

就对他们说：“你们知道，犹太人和外族人交往或亲近是律法所禁止的。但是神指示我，不要把任何人当做俗的或不洁净的。

因为神的国不在于吃喝，而在于圣灵里的公义、和睦、喜乐。

耶稣说：“到如今，你们也无知吗？

彼得却说：“主啊，千万不可！因为我从来没有吃过任何俗物和不洁净的东西。”那声音第二次又对他说：“神所洁净的，你不可当做污秽的。”这样一连有三次，那东西随即被收回天上去了。

因为这些只是关于饮食和各种洗净礼，是属肉体的规定，一直实施到更新的时候为止。

不过要写信给他们：要远避偶像的污秽，远避淫乱、勒死的动物和血。因为自古以来，在各城里都有人宣讲摩西，每逢安息日在各会堂里都有人诵读他的书。”

我说：‘主啊，千万不可！因为俗物或不洁净的东西，从来没有入过我的口。’那声音第二次从天上传来，说：‘神所洁净的，你不可当做污秽的。’这样一连有三次，然后所有的东西又被收回天上去了。

你们这些毒蛇的子孙！你们做为恶人，怎么能说出善的来呢？因为心里所充满的，口里就说出来。

你们不要被各种怪异的教导引入歧途，因为人的心靠恩典，不靠食物规定得以确立才是好的；那靠食物规定而行事的人，从来没有得到什么益处。

他们禁止结婚，要求远避某些食物，就是神所创造的，好让信徒和了解真理的人以感谢的心享用。原来神所造的一切都是美好的；如果以感谢的心领受，就什么也不用丢弃，因为藉着神的话语、藉着代求，这些都被分别为圣了。

耶稣说：“你们也是这样无知吗？你们难道不明白一切从外面进到人里面的，不能使人污秽吗？因为这些东西不是进到人的心里，而是进入肚子，然后排到厕所里去。”耶稣这样就使一切食物都洁净。他接着说：“从人里面出来的，那才使人污秽。因为从里面，就是从人心里发出种种恶念：淫乱、偷窃、杀人、通奸、贪心、恶意、欺诈、好色、嫉妒、毁谤、骄傲、愚妄，这一切邪恶都是从人里面出来的，而且使人污秽。”

肉市上所卖的一切，你们都可以吃；不要为了良心的缘故而问什么，
