都堅持跟着他們的族弟兄貴顯人參加發咒起誓的事、要力行上帝的律法，由上帝的僕人摩西經手所傳授的，要謹守遵行永恆主我們的主的一切誡命典章律例；

都随从他们贵胄的弟兄，发咒起誓，必遵行神藉他仆人摩西所传的律法，谨守遵行耶和华我们主的一切诫命、典章、律例；

其餘之民、祭司、利未人、守門者、謳歌者、殿役、及凡與異邦人絕交從天主律法者、並其妻其子女、凡有知識能明者、

all these now join their fellow Israelites the nobles, and bind themselves with a curse and an oath to follow the Law of God given through Moses the servant of God and to obey carefully all the commands, regulations and decrees of the Lord our Lord.

All the men joined the nobles of their people. They made a firm agreement. They made a promise and said they would be cursed if they didn’t keep it. They promised to follow the Law of God. It had been given through Moses, the servant of God. They promised to obey carefully all the commands, rules and laws of the Lord our Lord.

你公義的典章、我曾起誓遵守；我堅定要照誓言而行。

王站在他的地位上，在永恆主面前立約，要全心全意地跟從永恆主，謹守他的誡命、法令、律例，實行所寫在這書上的約的話。

上帝的恩、給全人類施拯救的、已經顯現，正教督我們棄絕不虔的心和屬世的私慾，在現今世按克己正義和敬虔而生活，期待着帶福樂的盼望之實現，就是我們的至大上帝、救主基督耶穌、的榮耀之顯現。他為我們把自己獻出，好贖放我們脫離一切不法之行為，並潔淨我們做子民、歸他自己為產業，在好事上熱心。

王站在柱旁，在永恆主面前立約，要全心全意地跟從永恆主，謹守他的誡命、法令、律例，來實行這書上所寫這約的話；眾民也都站着承認這約。

眾人就說：『我們必定要歸還，不再向他們討：你怎麼說，我們就怎麼行好啦。』我就把祭司們召了來，叫眾人起誓，要照所說的這話而行。我也抖着胸前兜兒說：『凡不實行這諾言的、願上帝照樣地抖他離開他的家和他所得的產業，直到都抖空了。』全體大眾都說『阿們』，又讚美永恆主。眾民就照這諾言而行。

我必將我的靈放在你們裏面；使你們遵行我的律例，謹守而實行我的典章。

你們、就是我的朋友，如果你們實行我所命令你們的。

到了天亮，猶太人訂了一個密約，起了誓，非等到殺死保羅、不喫也不喝。訂這陰謀的有四十多人。這些人去見祭司長和長老，說：『我們曾經起了誓，非等到殺死保羅，甚麼也不喫。所以你們那方面、連同議院、如今要知會千夫長，叫他將保羅帶下來到你們這裏，好像要更詳確而察考他、的樣子；我們呢、在他還未走近之先、早已準備好了可以把他殺掉。』

但是有些人卻接近他而相信；其中也有亞畧巴古的議員丟尼修、和一個婦人名叫大馬哩，還有別人同着他們。

永恆主我們的主啊，你的名在全地多麼莊嚴哪！你將你的榮美擺設於天上。

永恆主必憐憫雅各，他必再揀選以色列，將他們安頓在本地上；寄居的必跟他們聯合，必隸屬於雅各家。

摩西沒有將律法頒給你們麼？你們中間竟沒有一個人遵行律法呀！你們為甚麼想法子要殺我呢？』

巴拿巴到了那裏，看見上帝的恩，就歡喜，又鼓勵眾人以心中的定志緊依附着主。

凡不尋求永恆主以色列之上帝的、無論大小男女、都必被處死。他們就歡呼，吹號筒，吹號角，大聲向永恆主起誓。

所以你們要照永恆主你們的上帝所吩咐的謹慎遵行，不可偏於右，或偏於左。

『你們要記得我僕人摩西的律法，就是我在何烈山為以色列眾人所吩咐他、的律例和典章。

所以請不要順着他們；因為他們中間有四十多人正在伺伏等着他；這些人曾經起了誓，非等到殺掉保羅、不喫也不喝；如今他們已準備好了，只期望着你應允。』

為要使他們遵守他的律例，恪守他的律法。哈利路亞！

愛要不裝假。惡要厭惡，善要親近。

摩西把以色列眾人都召了來，對他們說：『以色列人哪，我今日所講給你們聽的律例典章、你們務要聽，要學習，要謹慎遵行。

你要對他們說：「永恆主這麼說：你們若不聽從我，不按我的律法、我在你們面前所立的律法、而行，

『「造永恆主所厭惡、匠人的手所作的雕像或鑄像，暗中立着的、那人必受咒詛」；眾民都要答應說：「阿們。」『「輕慢父親或母親的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」『「挪移鄰舍地界的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」『「使瞎子在路上走錯的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」『「對寄居者和孤兒寡婦屈枉正直的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」『「和父親續娶的妻子同寢的、必受咒詛，因為他露現父親的衣邊」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」『「和任何種牲口同寢的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」『「和自己的姐妹、無論是異母同父，或異父同母的姐妹同寢的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」『「和岳母同寢的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」『「暗中擊殺鄰舍的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」『「受賄賂擊殺人、流無辜之血的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」『「不堅信這律法的話而遵行的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」

永恆主以色列的上帝啊，你對你僕人我父親大衛曾經應許說：「只要你子孫謹慎他們所行的，遵行我的律法、像你行於我面前一樣，那麼你的後裔就必不斷有人在我面前坐以色列的王位」，現在求你守這句話的約吧。

要進一步去守永恆主你的上帝的約、他所宣誓的約就是永恆主你的上帝今日同你所立的約；好使他今日可以立你做他的子民，而他也可以做你的上帝，照他對你所應許過的，照他向你列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各、所起誓過的。『我不單同你們立這約、宣這誓；

我就譴責他們，咒罵他們，擊打了他們幾個人，拔下他們的頭髮，叫他們指着上帝來起誓：我說：『你們決不可將自己的女兒嫁給他們的兒子，也決不可為兒子或自己娶他們的女兒。

但是耶戶對永恆主以色列上帝的律法並不盡心謹慎遵行，不離開耶羅波安的罪、耶羅波安使以色列人犯的那罪。

永恆主我們的主啊，你的名在全地多麼莊嚴哪！

因為律法是藉着摩西而頒賜；恩典與「真實」乃是藉着耶穌基督而來的。

摩西將律法告誡我們、作為雅各大眾的基業。
