For many years you were patient with them. By your Spirit you warned them through your prophets. Yet they paid no attention, so you gave them into the hands of the neighboring peoples.

For many years you put up with them. By your Spirit you warned them through your prophets. In spite of that, they didn’t pay any attention. So you handed them over to the nations that were around them.

Many years you bore with them and warned them by your Spirit through your prophets. Yet they would not give ear. Therefore you gave them into the hand of the peoples of the lands.

In your love, you were patient with them for many years. You sent your Spirit, who warned them through the prophets. But still they wouldn’t listen! So once again you allowed the peoples of the land to conquer them.

「你們這硬着頸項、心與耳未受割禮的人，常時抗拒聖靈！你們的祖宗怎樣，你們也怎樣。 (cunpt)

誰將雅各交出當作擄物，將以色列交給搶奪的呢？豈不是耶和華嗎？就是我們所得罪的那位。他們不肯遵行他的道，也不聽從他的訓誨。 (cunpt)

就是考察在他們心裏基督的靈，預先證明基督受苦難，後來得榮耀，是指着甚麼時候，並怎樣的時候。 (cunpt)

因為預言從來沒有出於人意的，乃是人被聖靈感動，說出神的話來。 (cunpt)

還是你藐視他豐富的恩慈、寬容、忍耐，不曉得他的恩慈是領你悔改呢？ (cunpt)

現在我告訴你們，我要向我葡萄園怎樣行：我必撤去籬笆，使它被吞滅，拆毀牆垣，使它被踐踏。我必使它荒廢，不再修理，不再鋤刨，荊棘蒺藜倒要生長。我也必命雲不降雨在其上。 (cunpt)

萬軍之耶和華說：「我曾呼喚他們，他們不聽；將來他們呼求我，我也不聽！ (cunpt)

耶和華成就了他所定的，應驗了他古時所命定的。他傾覆了，並不顧惜，使你的仇敵向你誇耀；使你敵人的角也被高舉。 (cunpt)

又警戒他們，要使他們歸服你的律法。他們卻行事狂傲，不聽從你的誡命，干犯你的典章（人若遵行就必因此活着），扭轉肩頭，硬着頸項，不肯聽從。 (cunpt)

「然而，他們不順從，竟背叛你，將你的律法丟在背後，殺害那勸他們歸向你的眾先知，大大惹動你的怒氣。 (cunpt)

但耶和華藉眾先知、先見勸戒以色列人和猶大人說：「當離開你們的惡行，謹守我的誡命律例，遵行我吩咐你們列祖，並藉我僕人眾先知所傳給你們的律法。」他們卻不聽從，竟硬着頸項，效法他們列祖，不信服耶和華－他們的神，厭棄他的律例和他與他們列祖所立的約，並勸戒他們的話，隨從虛無的神，自己成為虛妄，效法周圍的外邦人，就是耶和華囑咐他們不可效法的；離棄耶和華－他們神的一切誡命，為自己鑄了兩個牛犢的像，立了亞舍拉，敬拜天上的萬象，事奉巴力，又使他們的兒女經火，用占卜，行法術賣了自己，行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，惹動他的怒氣。所以耶和華向以色列人大大發怒，從自己面前趕出他們，只剩下猶大一個支派。 (cunpt)

耶和華－他們列祖的神因為愛惜自己的民和他的居所，從早起來差遣使者去警戒他們。他們卻嘻笑神的使者，藐視他的言語，譏誚他的先知，以致耶和華的忿怒向他的百姓發作，無法可救。 (cunpt)

自從你們列祖出埃及地的那日，直到今日，我差遣我的僕人眾先知到你們那裏去，每日從早起來差遣他們。 (cunpt)

護衛長將耶利米叫來，對他說：「耶和華－你的神曾說要降這禍與此地。耶和華使這禍臨到，照他所說的行了；因為你們得罪耶和華，沒有聽從他的話，所以這事臨到你們。 (cunpt)

主啊，你是有憐憫有恩典的神，不輕易發怒，並有豐盛的慈愛和誠實。 (cunpt)

他們彼此不合，就散了；未散以先，保羅說了一句話，說：「聖靈藉先知以賽亞向你們祖宗所說的話是不錯的。 (cunpt)

耶和華因你們所作的惡、所行可憎的事，不能再容忍，所以你們的地荒涼，令人驚駭咒詛，無人居住，正如今日一樣。 (cunpt)

你也賜下你良善的靈教訓他們；未嘗不賜嗎哪使他們糊口，並賜水解他們的渴。 (cunpt)

主所應許的尚未成就，有人以為他是躭延，其實不是躭延，乃是寬容你們，不願有一人沉淪，乃願人人都悔改。 (cunpt)
