你们反倒羞辱贫穷人。那富足人岂不是欺压你们、拉你们到公堂去吗？

城中有一个贫穷的智慧人，他用智慧救了那城，却没有人记念那穷人。我就说，智慧胜过勇力；然而那贫穷人的智慧被人藐视，他的话也无人听从。

你把我的良朋密友隔在远处，使我所认识的人进入黑暗里。

他就呼叫说：“大卫的子孙耶稣啊，可怜我吧！”在前头走的人就责备他，不许他作声；他却越发喊叫说：“大卫的子孙，可怜我吧！”耶稣站住，吩咐把他领过来，到了跟前，就问他说：

贫穷人连邻舍也恨他；富足人朋友最多。

你把我所认识的隔在远处，使我为他们所憎恶；我被拘困，不得出来。
