For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul.

Your heart will become wise. Your mind will delight in knowledge.

Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh[ and] intermeddleth with all wisdom.A fool hath no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself.

Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts.

My son, eat thou honey, because[ it is] good; and the honeycomb,[ which is] sweet to thy taste:So[ shall] the knowledge of wisdom[ be] unto thy soul: when thou hast found[ it], then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.

More to be desired[ are they] than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary[ food].

Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they[ are] the rejoicing of my heart.

How sweet are thy words unto my taste![ yea, sweeter] than honey to my mouth!

Wisdom resteth in the heart of him that hath understanding: but[ that which is] in the midst of fools is made known.

MEM. O how love I thy law! it[ is] my meditation all the day.

I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.

My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.
