忽然來的驚恐，不要害怕；惡人遭毀滅，也不要恐懼。

不要怕突來的災禍，不要怕惡人遭毀滅，

忽然而來的驚恐，你不要懼怕；惡人的毀滅臨到，你也不要恐懼；

突然而來的恐怖、你不懼怕；惡人的毁滅臨到了、你也不驚慌；

突然來的恐嚇，你不要害怕；惡人的殘害臨到時，你也不要害怕；

恐怖忽至爾勿懼、惡人遭風爾勿驚、

一旦惡人遭譴、爾聞之而不驚。

不懼可驚之災忽至、亦不懼惡人群來加害、亦不懼惡人群來加害或作禍患臨及惡人爾亦不懼

Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked,

Don’t be terrified by sudden trouble. Don’t be afraid when sinners are destroyed.

Do not be afraid of sudden terror or of the ruin of the wicked, when it comes,

You need not be afraid of sudden disaster or the destruction that comes upon the wicked,

Don’t fear sudden danger or the ruin of the wicked when it comes,

Do not be afraid of sudden danger, Nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes;

Do not be afraid of sudden terror, Nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes;

Be not afraid of sudden fear, Neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh:

Don’t fear sudden danger or the ruin of the wicked when it comes,

Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh.

You will not be afraid of sudden disaster, or when destruction overtakes the wicked;

Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.Behold, all those who are incensed against you will be disappointed and confounded. Those who strive with you will be like nothing, and shall perish.You will seek them, and won’t find them, even those who contend with you. Those who war against you will be as nothing, as a non- existent thing.For I, Yahweh your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you,‘ Don’t be afraid. I will help you.’Don’t be afraid, you worm Jacob, and you men of Israel. I will help you,” says Yahweh.“ Your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.

“ Don’t say,‘ A conspiracy!’ concerning all about which this people say,‘ A conspiracy!’ neither fear their threats, nor be terrorized.Yahweh of Armies is who you must respect as holy. He is the one you must fear. He is the one you must dread.

He will not be afraid of evil news. His heart is steadfast, trusting in Yahweh.

You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day,

You will be hidden from the scourge of the tongue, neither will you be afraid of destruction when it comes.You will laugh at destruction and famine, neither will you be afraid of the animals of the earth.

If it happens, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace; and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king.But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image which you have set up.”

“ If you set your heart aright, stretch out your hands toward him.If iniquity is in your hand, put it far away. Don’t let unrighteousness dwell in your tents.Surely then you will lift up your face without spot; Yes, you will be steadfast, and will not fear:

He said to them,“ Why are you so afraid? How is it that you have no faith?”

But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed.“ Don’t fear what they fear, neither be troubled.”

How they are suddenly destroyed! They are completely swept away with terrors.

“ Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas;though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling. Selah.

Behold, a violent storm came up on the sea, so much that the boat was covered with the waves, but he was asleep.They came to him, and woke him up, saying,“ Save us, Lord! We are dying!”He said to them,“ Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then he got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm.

Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?When evildoers came at me to eat up my flesh, even my adversaries and my foes, they stumbled and fell.

And not a hair of your head will perish.“ By your endurance you will win your lives.“ But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is at hand.Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let those who are in the middle of her depart. Let those who are in the country not enter therein.For these are days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.Woe to those who are pregnant and to those who nurse infants in those days! For there will be great distress in the land, and wrath to this people.They will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and on the earth anxiety of nations, in perplexity for the roaring of the sea and the waves;men fainting for fear, and for expectation of the things which are coming on the world: for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.But when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near.”

when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when your disaster comes on like a whirlwind, when distress and anguish come on you.

“ When, therefore, you see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place( let the reader understand),

When you hear of wars and disturbances, don’t be terrified, for these things must happen first, but the end won’t come immediately.”

You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you aren’t troubled, for all this must happen, but the end is not yet.
