For they do not speak peace, But they devise deceitful matters Against the quiet ones in the land.

Do they not go astray who devise evil? But mercy and truth belong to those who devise good.

A violent man entices his neighbor, And leads him in a way that is not good.He winks his eye to devise perverse things; He purses his lips and brings about evil.
