Anyone who ignores discipline despises himself, but whoever listens to correction acquires good sense.

A king’s terrible wrath is like the roaring of a lion; anyone who provokes him endangers himself.

they will eat the fruit of their way and be glutted with their own schemes.

Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but one who hates correction is stupid.

At the end of your life, you will lament when your physical body has been consumed,and you will say,“ How I hated discipline, and how my heart despised correction.

The one who hates me also hates my Father.If I had not done the works among them that no one else has done, they would not be guilty of sin. Now they have seen and hated both me and my Father.

A wicked man’s iniquities will trap him; he will become tangled in the ropes of his own sin.He will die because there is no discipline, and be lost because of his great stupidity.

Throw off all the transgressions you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. Why should you die, house of Israel?

This is the judgment: The light has come into the world, and people loved darkness rather than the light because their deeds were evil.For everyone who does evil hates the light and avoids it, so that his deeds may not be exposed.
