住在至高者隱密處的，必住在全能者的蔭下。

耶和華啊，求你救我脫離我的仇敵！我往你那裏藏身。

那時，底波拉和亞比挪菴的兒子巴拉作歌，說：

我看見彷彿有玻璃海，其中有火攙雜。又看見那些勝了獸和獸的像並牠名字數目的人，都站在玻璃海上，拿着神的琴，唱神僕人摩西的歌和羔羊的歌，說：主神－全能者啊，你的作為大哉！奇哉！萬世之王啊，你的道途義哉！誠哉！

因為你必賜福與義人；耶和華啊，你必用恩惠如同盾牌四面護衛他。

陰間的繩索纏繞我，死亡的網羅臨到我。

當耶和華救大衛脫離一切仇敵和掃羅之手的日子，他向耶和華念這詩，

他使我口唱新歌，就是讚美我們神的話。許多人必看見而懼怕，並要倚靠耶和華。

大聲喊着說：「願救恩歸與坐在寶座上我們的神，也歸與羔羊！」

那時，摩西和以色列人向耶和華唱歌說：我要向耶和華歌唱，因他大大戰勝，將馬和騎馬的投在海中。耶和華是我的力量，我的詩歌，也成了我的拯救。這是我的神，我要讚美他，是我父親的神，我要尊崇他。耶和華是戰士；他的名是耶和華。

因為你們已經死了，你們的生命與基督一同藏在神裏面。

惡人必多受苦楚；惟獨倚靠耶和華的必有慈愛四面環繞他。

王就吩咐哈米勒的兒子耶拉篾和亞斯列的兒子西萊雅，並亞伯疊的兒子示利米雅，去捉拿文士巴錄和先知耶利米。耶和華卻將他們隱藏。
