爾舌運用邪惡、如銛利之薙刀、詭譎是行兮、

爾謀殘害、爾行詭譎、如薙髮之刀、其鋒銛利兮、

行詐之人乎、爾舌利如薙刀、捏造毒害之詞、

You who practice deceit, your tongue plots destruction; it is like a sharpened razor.

You plan ways to destroy others. Your tongue is like a blade that has a sharp edge. You are always telling lies.

Your tongue plots destruction, like a sharp razor, you worker of deceit.

All day long you plot destruction. Your tongue cuts like a sharp razor; you’re an expert at telling lies.

Like a sharpened razor, your tongue devises destruction, working treachery.

Thy tongue deviseth very wickedness, Like a sharp razor, working deceitfully.

“ They bend their tongue, as their bow, for falsehood. They have grown strong in the land, but not for truth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they don’t know me,” says Yahweh.“ Everyone beware of his neighbor, and don’t trust in any brother; for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbor will go around like a slanderer.

“ You give your mouth to evil. Your tongue frames deceit.
