我身荏弱、爾其恤之、我骨戰慄、爾其醫之、

我身虛弱、求主矜憐、我骨戰慄、求主醫治、

求主勿怒譴。求主息雷霆。

Jehovah will support him upon the couch of languishing: Thou makest all his bed in his sickness.I said, O Jehovah, have mercy upon me: Heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.

He is chastened also with pain upon his bed, And with continual strife in his bones;So that his life abhorreth bread, And his soul dainty food.His flesh is consumed away, that it cannot be seen; And his bones that were not seen stick out.

Make me to hear joy and gladness, That the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.

Heal me, O Jehovah, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

For my loins are filled with burning; And there is no soundness in my flesh.

and he said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of Jehovah thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his eyes, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases upon thee, which I have put upon the Egyptians: for I am Jehovah that healeth thee.

There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine indignation; Neither is there any health in my bones because of my sin.

Like as a father pitieth his children, So Jehovah pitieth them that fear him.For he knoweth our frame; He remembereth that we are dust.As for man, his days are as grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; And the place thereof shall know it no more.But the lovingkindness of Jehovah is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, And his righteousness unto children’s children;

For he maketh sore, and bindeth up; He woundeth, and his hands make whole.

When I kept silence, my bones wasted away Through my groaning all the day long.
