In his days may the righteous flourish and prosperity abound till the moon is no more.

May godly people do well as long as he rules. May they have more than they need as long as the moon lasts.

In his days may the righteous flourish, and peace abound, till the moon be no more!

May all the godly flourish during his reign. May there be abundant prosperity until the moon is no more.

May the righteous flourish in his days and well-being abound until the moon is no more.

He will judge between the nations, and will decide concerning many peoples. They shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

But to you who fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in its wings. You will go out, and leap like calves of the stall.

For he is our peace, who made both one, and broke down the middle wall of separation,having abolished in his flesh the hostility, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man of the two, making peace,and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, having killed the hostility through it.He came and preached peace to you who were far off and to those who were near.

The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree. He will grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

But Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,‘ You have shed blood abundantly, and have made great wars. You shall not build a house to my name, because you have shed much blood on the earth in my sight.Behold, a son shall be born to you, who shall be a man of peace. I will give him rest from all his enemies all around; for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness to Israel in his days.

I will abundantly bless her provision. I will satisfy her poor with bread.I will also clothe her priests with salvation. Her saints will shout aloud for joy.I will make the horn of David to bud there. I have ordained a lamp for my anointed.I will clothe his enemies with shame, but on himself, his crown will shine.”

Judah and Israel lived safely, every man under his vine and under his fig tree, from Dan even to Beersheba, all the days of Solomon.

For a child is born to us. A son is given to us; and the government will be on his shoulders. His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, on David’s throne, and on his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from that time on, even forever. The zeal of Yahweh of Armies will perform this.

“ In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, nor will its sovereignty be left to another people; but it will break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it will stand forever.

to provide for those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that he may be glorified.They will rebuild the old ruins. They will raise up the former devastated places. They will repair the ruined cities that have been devastated for many generations.Strangers will stand and feed your flocks. Foreigners will work your fields and your vineyards.But you will be called Yahweh’s priests. Men will call you the servants of our God. You will eat the wealth of the nations. You will boast in their glory.

The eyes of those who see will not be dim, and the ears of those who hear will listen.The heart of the rash will understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers will be ready to speak plainly.The fool will no longer be called noble, nor the scoundrel be highly respected.For the fool will speak folly, and his heart will work iniquity, to practice profanity, and to utter error against Yahweh, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and to cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.The ways of the scoundrel are evil. He devises wicked plans to destroy the humble with lying words, even when the needy speaks right.But the noble devises noble things; and he will continue in noble things.

For as the rain comes down and the snow from the sky, and doesn’t return there, but waters the earth, and makes it grow and bud, and gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater;so is my word that goes out of my mouth: it will not return to me void, but it will accomplish that which I please, and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do.For you shall go out with joy, and be led out with peace. The mountains and the hills will break out before you into singing; and all the trees of the fields will clap their hands.Instead of the thorn the cypress tree will come up; and instead of the brier the myrtle tree will come up. It will make a name for Yahweh, for an everlasting sign that will not be cut off.”

and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever. There will be no end to his Kingdom.”

The wilderness and the dry land will be glad. The desert will rejoice and blossom like a rose.It will blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing. Lebanon’s glory will be given to it, the excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They will see Yahweh’s glory, the excellence of our God.Strengthen the weak hands, and make the feeble knees firm.Tell those who have a fearful heart,“ Be strong! Don’t be afraid! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, God’s retribution. He will come and save you.Then the eyes of the blind will be opened, and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped.Then the lame man will leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute will sing; for waters will break out in the wilderness, and streams in the desert.The burning sand will become a pool, and the thirsty ground springs of water. Grass with reeds and rushes will be in the habitation of jackals, where they lay.A highway will be there, a road, and it will be called“ The Holy Way”. The unclean shall not pass over it, but it will be for those who walk in the Way. Wicked fools shall not go there.No lion will be there, nor will any ravenous animal go up on it. They will not be found there; but the redeemed will walk there.Then Yahweh’s ransomed ones will return, and come with singing to Zion; and everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.”

“ You afflicted, tossed with storms, and not comforted, behold, I will set your stones in beautiful colors, and lay your foundations with sapphires.I will make your pinnacles of rubies, your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of precious stones.All your children will be taught by Yahweh; and your children’s peace will be great.You will be established in righteousness. You will be far from oppression, for you will not be afraid, and far from terror, for it shall not come near you.Behold, they may gather together, but not by me. Whoever gathers together against you will fall because of you.“ Behold, I have created the blacksmith who fans the coals into flame, and forges a weapon for his work; and I have created the destroyer to destroy.No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh.

“ Glory to God in the highest, on earth peace, good will toward men.”

The little one will become a thousand, and the small one a strong nation. I, Yahweh, will do this quickly in its time.”

“ Arise, shine; for your light has come, and Yahweh’s glory has risen on you.

The multitude of those who believed were of one heart and soul. Not one of them claimed that anything of the things which he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common.

The wolf will live with the lamb, and the leopard will lie down with the young goat, the calf, the young lion, and the fattened calf together; and a little child will lead them.The cow and the bear will graze. Their young ones will lie down together. The lion will eat straw like the ox.The nursing child will play near a cobra’s hole, and the weaned child will put his hand on the viper’s den.They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth will be full of the knowledge of Yahweh, as the waters cover the sea.

I will greatly rejoice in Yahweh! My soul will be joyful in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation. He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.For as the earth produces its bud, and as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring up, so the Lord Yahweh will cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the nations.

until the Spirit is poured on us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is considered a forest.Then justice will dwell in the wilderness; and righteousness will remain in the fruitful field.The work of righteousness will be peace, and the effect of righteousness, quietness and confidence forever.My people will live in a peaceful habitation, in safe dwellings, and in quiet resting places,though hail flattens the forest, and the city is leveled completely.Blessed are you who sow beside all waters, who send out the feet of the ox and the donkey.
