你们要向你们的上帝耶和华许愿、还愿，愿四周的邻邦都带礼物来献给当受敬畏的主。

世人之恚憤。適足成主榮。願將其餘怒。化為救世音。

Make vows to the Lord your God and fulfill them; let all the neighboring lands bring gifts to the One to be feared.

你要向上帝献上感恩祭，向至高者恪守诺言，

君王都带着礼物来到你耶路撒冷的圣殿。

你向上帝许愿，不可迟迟不还，因为祂不喜欢这样的愚人。要还所许的愿。与其许了愿不还，倒不如不许。不要在言语上犯罪，也不要在祭司面前说许错了愿。为什么用言语惹上帝发怒，以致祂摧毁你手中的工作呢？

祂在众圣者的会中大受敬畏，祂的威严无与伦比。

如果不是我父亲以撒敬畏的上帝，就是亚伯拉罕的上帝与我同在，你肯定会让我两手空空地回家。但上帝看见了我的难处和劳苦，所以在昨夜责备了你。”

“你们所有男子要每年三次，即在无酵节、七七收获节和住棚节，在你们的上帝耶和华指定的地方朝见祂。你们不可空手朝见，

“倘若人在什么事上向耶和华许愿或起誓，他就不可食言，必须履行诺言。

这样，耶和华从亚述王西拿基立及一切仇敌手中拯救了希西迦和耶路撒冷的居民，使他们四境平安。许多人带着祭物到耶路撒冷献给耶和华，也带许多名贵的礼物送给犹大王希西迦。此后，希西迦受到各国的敬重。

我曾经起誓，我必信守诺言：我要遵行你公义的法令。
