神說：我使你的肩得脫重擔，你的手放下筐子。

「我使你的肩頭得脫重擔，使你的手放下筐子。

曰、我脫其肩之擔、釋其手之筐兮、

詔曰、爾任負戴、余弛之兮、爾攜筐筥、余釋之兮、

主云、彼時我使爾肩不再負擔、使爾手不再攜筐、

曩在出征埃及時。已為若瑟定此例。

The voice said,“ I removed the load from your shoulders. I set your hands free from carrying heavy baskets.

“ I relieved your shoulder of the burden; your hands were freed from the basket.

“ Now I will take the load from your shoulders; I will free your hands from their heavy tasks.

“ I relieved his shoulder from the burden; his hands were freed from carrying the basket.

“ I relieved his shoulder of the burden, His hands were freed from the basket.

Even while you sleep among the sheep pens, the wings of my dove are sheathed with silver, its feathers with shining gold.”

“ Therefore, say to the Israelites:‘ I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment.

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
