Who can comprehend the power of your anger? Your wrath is as awesome as the fear you deserve.

谁晓得你怒气的权势？谁按着你该受的敬畏晓得你的忿怒呢？

谁晓得你怒气的权势？谁因着敬畏你而晓得你的愤怒呢？

谁晓得你怒气的权势？谁因着敬畏你而晓得你的愤怒呢？

谁明白你愤怒的威力？有谁因为明白你的烈怒而对你心存敬畏呢？

谁晓得你怒气的威力，谁按着你该受的敬畏晓得你的忿怒呢？

谁明白你怒气的威力呢？谁按着你该受的敬畏，明白你的盛怒呢？

誰曉得你怒氣的權勢？誰按着你該受的敬畏曉得你的忿怒呢？

誰曉得你怒氣的權勢？誰因着敬畏你而曉得你的憤怒呢？

誰曉得你怒氣的權勢？誰因着敬畏你而曉得你的憤怒呢？

誰明白你憤怒的威力？有誰因為明白你的烈怒而對你心存敬畏呢？

誰曉得你怒氣的威力，誰按著你該受的敬畏曉得你的忿怒呢？

誰曉得你怒氣之權勢，誰看明你震怒之威力呢？

誰明白你怒氣的威力呢？誰按著你該受的敬畏，明白你的盛怒呢？

孰識爾怒之勢、孰依畏爾之道、而知爾忿乎、

孰知爾怒震烈、而敬乎其所當敬兮、

何人能識主怒之威嚴、誰能依敬畏主之道、明曉主之盛怒、

一念主之威。不寒自懍慄。

If only we knew the power of your anger! Your wrath is as great as the fear that is your due.

If only we knew the power of your anger! It’s as great as the respect we should have for you.

Who considers the power of your anger, and your wrath according to the fear of you?

Who understands the power of your anger? Your wrath matches the fear that is due you.

Who understands the power of Your anger And Your fury, according to the fear that is due You?

Who knows the power of Your anger? For as the fear of You, so is Your wrath.

Who knoweth the power of thine anger, And thy wrath according to the fear that is due unto thee?

Who understands the power of Your anger? Your wrath matches the fear that is due You.

Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear,[ so is] thy wrath.

Who can really fathom the intensity of your anger? Your raging fury causes people to fear you.

Who knows the power of your anger, your wrath according to the fear that is due to you?

The sinners in Jerusalem shake with fear. Terror seizes the godless.“ Who can live with this devouring fire?” they cry.“ Who can survive this all consuming fire?”

then I myself will be hostile toward you. I will personally strike you with calamity seven times over for your sins.

For the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to survive?”

then I will give full vent to my hostility. I myself will punish you seven times over for your sins.

“ And if, in spite of all this, you still disobey me, I will punish you seven times over for your sins.

The Lord will never pardon such people. Instead his anger and jealousy will burn against them. All the curses written in this book will come down on them, and the Lord will erase their names from under heaven.The Lord will separate them from all the tribes of Israel, to pour out on them all the curses of the covenant recorded in this Book of Instruction.“ Then the generations to come, both your own descendants and the foreigners who come from distant lands, will see the devastation of the land and the diseases the Lord inflicts on it.They will exclaim,‘ The whole land is devastated by sulfur and salt. It is a wasteland with nothing planted and nothing growing, not even a blade of grass. It is like the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, Admah and Zeboiim, which the Lord destroyed in his intense anger.’“ And all the surrounding nations will ask,‘ Why has the Lord done this to this land? Why was he so angry?’“ And the answer will be,‘ This happened because the people of the land abandoned the covenant that the Lord, the God of their ancestors, made with them when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.Instead, they turned away to serve and worship gods they had not known before, gods that were not from the Lord.That is why the Lord’s anger has burned against this land, bringing down on it every curse recorded in this book.In great anger and fury the Lord uprooted his people from their land and banished them to another land, where they still live today!’“ The Lord our God has secrets known to no one. We are not accountable for them, but we and our children are accountable forever for all that he has revealed to us, so that we may obey all the terms of these instructions.

But I’ll tell you whom to fear. Fear God, who has the power to kill you and then throw you into hell. Yes, he’s the one to fear.

No wonder you are greatly feared! Who can stand before you when your anger explodes?

Who can stand before his fierce anger? Who can survive his burning fury? His rage blazes forth like fire, and the mountains crumble to dust in his presence.

Because we understand our fearful responsibility to the Lord, we work hard to persuade others. God knows we are sincere, and I hope you know this, too.

“ If even then you remain hostile toward me and refuse to obey me, I will inflict disaster on you seven times over for your sins.

then the Lord will overwhelm you and your children with indescribable plagues. These plagues will be intense and without relief, making you miserable and unbearably sick.
