So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I am going to vomit you out of My mouth.

爾乃不冷不熱者也。吾願爾之全冷或全熱也！今爾半冷半熱、不冷不熱；吾欲將爾嘔而出之！

So, because you are lukewarm— neither hot nor cold— I am about to spit you out of my mouth.

But you are lukewarm. You aren’t hot or cold. So I am going to spit you out of my mouth.

Have You completely rejected Judah? Do You detest Zion? Why do You strike us with no hope of healing for us? We hoped for peace, but there was nothing good; for a time of healing, but there was only terror.
