如果橄欖樹上有幾條枝子被折了下來，你這野橄欖枝被接了上去，得以汲取橄欖樹根供應的汁漿，你就不可向折下來的枝子誇口。

但如果有些樹枝被折下來，而你這野橄欖枝被接在其上，並且一同有份於那橄欖樹根的豐富養分，

若數枝見折、爾素為野欖者得接於其中、共與於橄欖之根與腴、

數枝見折、爾素為野欖、接枝於橄欖、分其根之盛、

若數枝見折、爾素為野油果樹、見接於其中、同賴油果樹之根、同得其汁、

即有數枝被折、而爾本屬野欖、倖蒙接入其中、且得分潤厥根之膏澤；

If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root,

Some of the natural branches have been broken off. You are a wild olive branch. But you have been joined to the tree with the other branches. Now you enjoy the life- giving sap of the olive tree root.

But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing root of the olive tree,

But some of these branches from Abraham’s tree— some of the people of Israel— have been broken off. And you Gentiles, who were branches from a wild olive tree, have been grafted in. So now you also receive the blessing God has promised Abraham and his children, sharing in the rich nourishment from the root of God’s special olive tree.

Now if some of the branches were broken off, and you, though a wild olive branch, were grafted in among them and have come to share in the rich root of the cultivated olive tree,

But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the rich root of the olive tree,

And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree,

But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the root and of the richness of the olive tree,

你們應當記得，你們從前按肉體來說是外族人；那些所謂在肉體上受過人手所行的割禮的人，稱你們為未受割禮的。那時，你們是在基督以外，與以色列國無分，在帶有應許的約上是外人，在世上沒有盼望，沒有神。你們從前遠離的人，現今在基督耶穌裡，靠著他的血已經可以親近了。

耶和華曾稱你的名字為壯麗、多結美果的青橄欖樹；現在他必藉風暴雷轟，把它燃點起來，它的枝子也都折斷。

所有屬我而不結果子的枝子，他就剪去；所有結果子的，他就修剪乾淨，讓它結更多的果子。

這奧祕就是外族人在基督耶穌裡，藉著福音可以同作後嗣，同為一體，同蒙應許。

至於我，我就像神殿中茂盛的橄欖樹一樣；我倚靠神的慈愛，直到永永遠遠。

因此我告訴你們，神的國要從你們那裡取去，賜給那結果子的外族人。

你們因著過犯和肉體未受割禮，原是死的，然而神赦免了我們的一切過犯，使你們與基督一同活過來，

這應許原是給你們和你們的兒女，以及所有在遠方的人，就是給凡是我們主神召來歸他的人。”

有一次，眾樹要去膏立一個王統治它們，就對橄欖樹說：‘請你作王統治我們吧。’橄欖樹對它們說：‘我怎可以放棄生產人用來榮耀神和尊崇人的油，飄搖在眾樹之上呢？’

境內剩下的人，雖然只有十分之一，也必被消滅。但正如栗樹和橡樹，雖然被砍下，樹的餘幹還存留在那裡。這聖潔的苗裔，就是這國的餘幹。”

枝條枯乾了，就必被折斷；婦女必來，拿去生火，因為這人民愚昧無知，所以他們的創造主不憐憫他們，那造成他們的，不向他們施恩。

他們就是站在全地之主面前的兩棵橄欖樹和兩個燈臺。

它的枝條伸展，直到大海；它的幼苗，直到大河。你為甚麼拆毀它的籬笆，任由所有過路的人採摘呢？從樹林中出來的野豬踐踏它，田野的走獸把它吃了。萬軍的神啊！求你回心轉意，從天上垂看鑒察，眷顧這葡萄樹，眷顧你右手栽種的根，和你為自己培育的兒子。這樹已被火燒，被砍下；他們因你臉上的怒容滅亡。

我告訴你們，必有許多人從東從西來到，和亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各在天國裡一起吃飯。但本來要承受天國的人，反被丟在外面黑暗裡，在那裡必要哀哭切齒。”

那地有小麥、大麥、葡萄樹、無花果樹、石榴樹；那地有橄欖樹、油和蜜；

盆子旁邊有兩棵橄欖樹，一棵在右邊，一棵在左邊。”

因此，主耶和華這樣說：“我怎樣把樹林中的葡萄樹拋在火裡當作燃料，也必照樣對待耶路撒冷的居民。我必變臉攻擊他們；他們雖然從火裡逃出來，火仍要吞滅他們；我變臉攻擊他們的時候，你們就知道我是耶和華。我必使這地荒涼，因為他們行了不忠的事。這是主耶和華的宣告。”

我們生來是猶太人，不是外族中的罪人；

人若不住在我裡面，就像枝子丟在外面枯乾了，人把它們拾起來，丟在火裡燒掉了。

那些人就大大敬畏耶和華，向他獻祭和許願。
