若數枝見折、爾素為野欖者得接於其中、共與於橄欖之根與腴、

數枝見折、爾素為野欖、接枝於橄欖、分其根之盛、

若數枝見折、爾素為野油果樹、見接於其中、同賴油果樹之根、同得其汁、

即有數枝被折、而爾本屬野欖、倖蒙接入其中、且得分潤厥根之膏澤；

If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root,

Some of the natural branches have been broken off. You are a wild olive branch. But you have been joined to the tree with the other branches. Now you enjoy the life- giving sap of the olive tree root.

But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing root of the olive tree,

But some of these branches from Abraham’s tree— some of the people of Israel— have been broken off. And you Gentiles, who were branches from a wild olive tree, have been grafted in. So now you also receive the blessing God has promised Abraham and his children, sharing in the rich nourishment from the root of God’s special olive tree.

Now if some of the branches were broken off, and you, though a wild olive branch, were grafted in among them and have come to share in the rich root of the cultivated olive tree,

But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the root and of the richness of the olive tree,

Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh— who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands—that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

The Lord called your name, Green Olive Tree, Lovely and of Good Fruit. With the noise of a great tumult He has kindled fire on it, And its branches are broken.

Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel,

But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God; I trust in the mercy of God forever and ever.

“ Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it.

And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses,

For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”

“ The trees once went forth to anoint a king over them. And they said to the olive tree,‘ Reign over us!’But the olive tree said to them,‘ Should I cease giving my oil, With which they honor God and men, And go to sway over trees?’

But yet a tenth will be in it, And will return and be for consuming, As a terebinth tree or as an oak, Whose stump remains when it is cut down. So the holy seed shall be its stump.”

When its boughs are withered, they will be broken off; The women come and set them on fire. For it is a people of no understanding; Therefore He who made them will not have mercy on them, And He who formed them will show them no favor.

These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth.

She sent out her boughs to the Sea, And her branches to the River.Why have You broken down her hedges, So that all who pass by the way pluck her fruit?The boar out of the woods uproots it, And the wild beast of the field devours it.Return, we beseech You, O God of hosts; Look down from heaven and see, And visit this vineAnd the vineyard which Your right hand has planted, And the branch that You made strong for Yourself.It is burned with fire, it is cut down; They perish at the rebuke of Your countenance.

And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

a land of wheat and barley, of vines and fig trees and pomegranates, a land of olive oil and honey;

Two olive trees are by it, one at the right of the bowl and the other at its left.”

“ Therefore thus says the Lord GOD:‘ Like the wood of the vine among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so I will give up the inhabitants of Jerusalem;and I will set My face against them. They will go out from one fire, but another fire shall devour them. Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I set My face against them.Thus I will make the land desolate, because they have persisted in unfaithfulness,’ says the Lord GOD.”

We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles,

If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

Then the men feared the Lord exceedingly, and offered a sacrifice to the Lord and took vows.
