上帝所為、大不可測、異不勝數。

爾所為甚大、所思深奧兮、

抑藐視其鴻慈、寛容、恆忍、不知上帝之仁愛、導爾悔改乎、

使其心受慰、仁愛浹洽於中、大有穎悟篤信、知父上帝與基督之奧、一切睿智識見、皆蓄積隱藏於基督衷、

亦藉教會、示在天有權力者、知上帝無窮智慧、

上帝非可忖度、全能之主、豈得盡知。大哉上帝之智乎、雖上窮碧落、下及黃泉、周行陸地、徧歷滄海、亦終莫之能測。

全能之主、妙不可測、巨能至義、一秉大公、待人無偏、

且因基督流血、托厥厚恩、得贖罪赦過、

上帝所為、皆合其時、而無不美、使人察之、始終莫測。

而以大榮示我儕蒙召者、

爾之公義、如高山、爾之法度、如深淵兮、爾祐人民、恩及禽獸兮、

上帝欲示聖徒知奧妙之富有、即基督為榮顯之基、使爾異邦人知所仰望、

求父依己富有、以厥神賜爾心中剛健、

爾乃判海為途、分水為徑、其蹤不得而見兮。

我之上帝耶和華兮、爾之異跡、佑我甚眾、述之惟艱、言之不可勝數兮。

上帝因基督耶穌、慈愛我儕、示後世知厥恩莫大、

上帝所行、大不可測、異不可數。

然我在聖徒中、微而又微者也、上帝賜恩、使我於異邦中、傳基督之富有、人不可測、

斯世之億兆、藐乎其小、有如無物、天下軍旅、地下人民、上帝隨意而作、其取之、孰能禦之、其為之、孰能詰之、

彼居厥位、幽深玄遠、以大公為址、以仁義為基兮、

天高地厚、王心莫測。

耶和華無不善、著其經綸、普救人民、願人讚美之兮、主使渴者飲、饑者食、飫以嘉物兮、斯人也、違逆至高之上帝、厭棄其道、故居幽暗陰翳之地、陷以患難、縶以鐵索兮、

基督之仁愛、人不可測、願爾安仁、根深址固、則與諸聖徒共識其長闊高深、得上帝之盛以為盛焉、

我儕愚昧、不能置辯、爾能教我乎。

此其小者也、我所聞者止此、若夫雷霆轟烈、又孰能測之耶。

任意以行、爾不順受曷故。
