你们要自行割礼，除掉心中的污垢，归向耶和华。不然，我必因你们的恶行而发烈怒，如火燃烧，无人能够扑灭。

要以温柔、娴静这些永不褪色的内在美为妆饰，这是上帝所看重的。

因为，蒙悦纳的是主所称许的人，而不是自我称许的人。

所以，时候未到，不可妄下断语。到主耶稣再来的时候，祂会揭开暗中的隐情，使人心里的动机显露。到时候上帝会给各人应得的称赞。

但现在，我们既然向着一度捆绑我们的律法死了，就脱离了律法的控制，能够以圣灵所赐的新样式，而不是以拘守教条的旧样式事奉上帝。

我的上帝啊，我知道你洞察人心，喜爱正直的人。我怀着正直的心甘愿献上这一切，我也看见你这里的子民甘心乐意地将财物献给你。

身体未受割礼却遵行律法的人，必审判你这有律法条文、受了割礼却违犯律法的人。

你们喜欢互相恭维，却不追求从独一上帝来的荣耀，怎能信我呢？

耶路撒冷啊，要洗去你内心的邪恶，这样你才能得救。你心怀恶念要到何时呢？

耶稣说：“我实实在在地告诉你，人如果不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进上帝的国。从肉体生的还是肉体，从圣灵生的才是灵。所以我说你们必须重生，你不要惊奇。风随意吹动，你听见它的声音，却不知道它从哪里来，往哪里去。凡从圣灵生的人也是这样。”

所以没有人能说，‘上帝的国在这里’，或说，‘在那里’，因为上帝的国就在你们心里。”

但耶和华对撒母耳说：“不要看他相貌堂堂、身材高大，我要选的不是他。耶和华不像世人那样看人，人看外表，耶和华看内心。”

时候快到了，其实就是现在，真正敬拜父的，要用心灵按真理敬拜祂，因为父寻找的正是这样敬拜祂的人。
