And we are sending along with him the brother who is praised by all the churches for his work in spreading the gospel.

We have sent together with him the brother whose praise in the Good News is known throughout all the assemblies.

我劝提多到你们那里去，又派了那位弟兄一同去。提多占过你们的便宜吗？我们行事，不是同一个心灵吗？不是同样的步伐吗？

不过，主怎样分给各人，神怎样呼召各人，各人就要照着去行事为人。我也这样吩咐各教会。

我们还派了另一位弟兄与他们同去；我们在许多的事上多次考验过他，知道他很热心；现在他对你们大有信心，就更加热心了。至于提多，他是我的同伴，为你们的缘故作了我的同工；还有我们那两位弟兄，他们是众教会所派的，是基督的荣耀。

不但这样，众教会更选派了他作我们的旅伴。我们办理这慈善的事，是为了主的荣耀，也是为了我们的心愿。）

从前我为基督的福音到了特罗亚，虽然主给我开了门，

他们为了我的性命，置生死于度外，不但我感激他们，连外族的众教会也感激他们。
