“‘因为你曾说，犹大和以色列必归我，即使上帝在那里，我们也要吞并他们。

“‘ Because you have said,“ These two nations and countries will be ours and we will take possession of them,” even though I the Lord was there,

“‘ “You said,‘ The nations of Israel and Judah will belong to us. We will take them over.’ You said that, even though I was there. I am the Lord.

主耶和华这样说：我在妒火中说话攻击列国中余剩的人和以东众人，因为他们全心欢喜，满怀恨恶，把我的地归给自己为业，好占有它为掠物。

城的周围共长九千公尺。从此以后，这城的名字要称为‘耶和华的所在’。”

在我们神的城中，在他的圣山上，耶和华是至大的，应该大受赞美。在北面的锡安山、大君王的城，美丽高耸，是全地所喜欢的。神在城的堡垒中，显明自己是避难所。

耶和华说：我要作耶路撒冷四围的火墙和城中的荣耀。’”

我子民遭灾的日子，你不该进入他们的城门；他们遭灾的日子，你不该看着他们受苦；他们遭灾的日子，你不该抢夺他们的财物。

锡安的居民哪，当喊叫欢呼！因为以色列的圣者在你们中间是伟大的。”

他们说：“来吧！我们来把他们除灭，使他们不再成国，使以色列的名不再被人记念。”他们同心商议，彼此结盟，要和你对抗。他们就是住帐棚的以东人和以实玛利人，摩押人和夏甲人，迦巴勒、亚扪、亚玛力、非利士和推罗的居民。亚述也和他们联合起来，作了罗得子孙的帮手。（细拉）求你待他们好像待米甸人，像在基顺河待西西拉和耶宾一样；他们都在隐．多珥被消灭，成了地上的粪土。求你使他们的贵族像俄立和西伊伯，使他们的王子像西巴和撒慕拿。他们曾说：“我们要得着神的牧场作自己的产业。”

主耶和华这样说：因为仇敌攻击你们说：哈哈！那悠久的山冈都归给我们为业了。

耶和华已经除去你们的刑罚，赶走你们的仇敌。以色列的王，耶和华在你们中间，你们必不再惧怕灾祸。

因为耶和华拣选了锡安，定意把它当作自己的居所。他说：“这是我永远安息的居所；我要住在这里，因为我定意这样作。

他们的磐石必因惊慌而挪去，他们的领袖必因见到以色列的旗帜而惊惶。这是那有火在锡安，有炉在耶路撒冷的耶和华说的。

在犹大，神是人人所认识的，在以色列，他的名被尊为大。

论到亚扪，耶和华这样说：“以色列没有子孙吗？没有后嗣吗？为什么米勒公竟承受了迦得为业呢？它的人民为什么住在迦得的城市里呢？
