主如是云、爾當秉公行義、拯救受虐者、脫於欺凌者之手、勿欺虐客旅孤寡、勿流無辜之血於斯地、

This is what the Lord says: Do what is just and right. Rescue from the hand of the oppressor the one who has been robbed. Do no wrong or violence to the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place.

The Lord says,“ Do what is fair and right. Save those who have been robbed. Set them free from the people who have treated them badly. Do not do anything wrong to outsiders or widows in this place. Do not harm children whose fathers have died. Do not kill those who are not guilty of doing anything wrong.

Thus says the Lord: Do justice and righteousness, and deliver from the hand of the oppressor him who has been robbed. And do no wrong or violence to the resident alien, the fatherless, and the widow, nor shed innocent blood in this place.

This is what the Lord says: Be fair minded and just. Do what is right! Help those who have been robbed; rescue them from their oppressors. Quit your evil deeds! Do not mistreat foreigners, orphans, and widows. Stop murdering the innocent!

This is what the LORD says: Administer justice and righteousness. Rescue the victim of robbery from his oppressor. Don’t exploit or brutalize the resident alien, the fatherless, or the widow. Don’t shed innocent blood in this place.

爾貪婪財利、虐待人民、施行強暴、爾目爾心專一於此、

大衛家歟、主如是云、爾每晨行鞫、惟秉公義、援受虐者脫於欺凌者之手、否則我必因爾惡行、震怒如火烈、炎炎不滅、

爾中有人藐視父母、爾中有人虐遇客旅、爾中有人欺凌孤寡、

世人乎、主曾諭爾何為善、主向爾所欲無他、惟欲爾行公義、好施矜恤、虔敬虔敬或作謙遜以奉事爾之天主、○

伊及必荒蕪、伊東必變為曠野、皆因向猶大族行強暴、在猶大地殺戮無辜、

免無辜之血、流於主爾之天主所賜爾為業之地、亦免流血之罪歸於爾、人若仇怨人、暗伏窺伺、乘機起而擊之、傷其生命、後逃於三邑中之一邑、則其本邑之長老、必遣人執之、付於報仇者手致之死、爾目毋顧惜之、如是、可除殺人之罪於以色列中、則爾得福、○

爾舉手禱告、我掩目不顧、爾雖多祈禱、我不俯聽、因爾殺無辜、手滿血跡、當洗滌自潔、於我目前除爾惡行、不復作惡、學習行善、行公義、護庇受屈者、護庇受屈者或作使強暴者歸正為孤子伸冤、為嫠婦辨屈、主曰、爾曹皆來、我與爾明辨、爾罪雖如硃色、必將白如雪、雖紅如絳、必將白如羊毛、或作爾曹皆來我與爾明辨爾罪雖顯如硃紅我必使之白如雪雖紅如丹顏我必使之白如羊毛如爾願聽而順從、可食地之美產、如爾不願聽、反加忤逆、必為刃所殺、此乃主之口所言、

人攘掠攘掠原文作竊同族以色列人、或自使役之、或自使役之或作待之以強暴或鬻之於他人、其攘掠人者必殺、如是除惡於爾中、○

亦因其流無辜之血、徧於耶路撒冷、此罪主決不赦免、

萬有之主曾如是諭爾列祖曰、爾決是非、當秉公義、以仁慈相待、互相矜憫、勿欺凌孤寡、客旅、貧乏、勿心中圖謀相害、惟彼不從、背逆頑梗、塞耳不聽、

萬有之主曰、我必涖臨爾曹、施行審鞫、必速譴責、必速譴責原文作必亟為證以攻凡有邪術者、犯姦淫者、發假誓者、負負或作奪傭人值者、虐遇孤寡者、屈枉客旅而不敬畏我者、

惟眷顧孤寡於患難間、且自守不為世俗所染、是誠虔敬、純潔無疵、於我父天主前、或作在我父天主前純潔無疵之虔敬即眷顧孤寡於患難且自守不為世俗所染

彼豐腴光潤、作惡過甚、不為孤子伸冤、不使之亨通、不使之亨通或作所為皆亨通不為貧者辯屈、

又有惡人奪孤子於母懷、取貧者之衣以為質、

惡人結黨、謀害善人、將無辜者定罪殺戮、

爾之侯伯悖逆、與盜為侶、俱好賄賂、求贓私、不為孤子辨屈、嫠婦不敢至前訴冤、

天主在聖所、作孤兒之父、為寡婦伸冤、

眾牧伯與民眾、告諸祭司與諸先知曰、斯人不當擬死罪、因奉主我天主之命而言於我儕、

勿遷移古時所定之田界、勿侵奪孤子之田畝、

人有爭訟、就士師求審、士師聽訟、以義人為義、以惡人為惡、

以色列天主有言、以色列所恃之天主、原文作以色列之磐諭我曰、為人君者若義、秉權者若畏天主、

聽訟之時、毋行非義、毋偏護貧人、毋徇庇有勢者、惟秉公以鞫人、

目驕傲、舌詭譎、手流無辜人之血、

彼必彼必或作願彼按公義判斷主之民、以平正判斷主民之窮困人、因施行公義、山岡必使民安享平康、邱陵亦必如此、必為民中困苦人伸冤、拯救貧窮之人、懲罰暴虐之輩、

當於各邑主爾天主所賜爾者、循爾諸支派設立士師有司、使其秉公鞫民、毋偏斷、毋以貌取人、毋受賄賂、因賄賂蒙智者之目、以直者之言為曲、必循公平則可生存、以得主爾天主所賜爾之地、○

毋欺凌孤寡、

長者聽訟受賄、祭司訓民圖利、先知占卜謀財、猶自以為倚賴主、曰、主在我間、禍必不臨我身、

貧者有爭訟、毋偏斷、遠離一切虛偽、毋殺無辜與有義者、緣惡人我無不懲罰、毋受賄賂、蓋賄賂盲智者之目、以直者之言為曲、毋欺外邦客旅、因爾曾為客旅於伊及地、知客旅之心、○

為孤寡伸冤、憐愛客旅、賜之衣食、

爾使嫠婦徒手而去、毀折孤子之所倚、

我至城門、設位於衢、少者見我迴避、老者起而立、侯伯不敢言、以手掩口、有爵位者緘默、彷彿舌貼於腭、耳聞我者祝我、目睹我者譽我、因我拯援哀呼之貧民、救護無助之孤子、淪落之人、為我祝福、我使嫠婦中心歡樂、我以德善為衣衣之、以公義為袍為冕、我為瞽者之目、跛者之足、我為貧者之父、素不識者、我為之伸冤抑、我折惡人之牙、自其齒中、奪其所刼、

如爾曹更正舉動作為、彼此行義、不欺凌遠人與孤寡、不在此地、殺戮無辜、不從他神、以召禍患、

凡欲誇者、惟可誇其識我、知我乃主施矜憫、行公平、行仁義在地、自二十三節起或作主如是云智者勿因其智自誇勇者勿因其勇自誇富者勿因其富自誇凡欲自誇者惟可因識我知我乃主施矜憫行公平行仁義在地自誇蓋我以此為悅、此乃主所言、○

殺戮寡婦客旅、害死孤兒、
