耶和華曰、必如所多瑪蛾摩拉、及其鄰邑之傾覆、無人居處、世人不寓其中、

耶和华说：必无人住在那里，也无人在其中寄居，要像所多玛、蛾摩拉，和邻近的城邑倾覆的时候一样。

As Sodom and Gomorrah were overthrown, along with their neighboring towns,” says the Lord,“ so no one will live there; no people will dwell in it.

又見硫磺與鹽、火焚遍地、不種不產、不生草萊、如所多瑪、蛾摩拉、押瑪、洗扁、為耶和華忿怒所傾覆者、

夏瑣將為野犬之穴、永久荒蕪、無人居處、世人不寓其中、○

耶和華曰、必如所多瑪蛾摩拉、及其鄰邑之傾覆、無人居處、世人不寓其中、

我傾覆爾中之城邑、若上帝傾覆所多瑪蛾摩拉然、爾如燼木、得拔於火、然爾猶不歸我、耶和華言之矣、

非彼所屬、將居其幕、硫磺播於其處、其根槁於下、其枝翦於上、其誌必沒於寰宇、其名不傳於街衢、將被驅逐、自光入暗、屏之出於世界、

故萬軍之耶和華、以色列之上帝曰、我指己生而誓、摩押將如所多瑪、亞捫將如蛾摩拉、徧成蒺藜斥鹵之地、永久荒蕪、我之遺民、必虜其人、我之餘民、必據其土、

耶和華自天雨火硫於所多瑪、蛾摩拉、於是城邑、平壤、居民、及土所產、無不毀滅、

又灰燼所多瑪蛾摩拉二邑、以傾陷定其罪、以為後之不虔者鑒、

又如所多瑪蛾摩拉及四鄰之邑亦效之、縱淫亂、耽異色、則舉以為戒、而受永火之刑、

晝夜不熄、恆久煙騰、歷代荒蕪、無人經過、迄於永世、

巴比倫乃列國中之尊榮、迦勒底人所誇之華美、將若所多瑪蛾摩拉、為上帝所傾覆、永無人跡、代無居民、在此、亞拉伯人不張其幕、牧者不臥其羊、野獸伏於斯、鴟鴞盈其室、鴕鳥棲止於斯、野羊踴躍於斯、豺狼嗥於第宅、野犬鳴於華宮、其時伊邇、其日不延、

將布羅網於惡人烈火硫磺炎颷、盈其杯兮、

有大力之使者、舉石如大磨、投之於海、曰、巴比倫大邑、將如此猛然被投、不復見矣、鼓琴奏樂品簫吹角之聲、不復聞於爾間、百工不復見於爾間、磨聲不復聞於爾間、燈光不復照於爾間、新郎新婦之聲、不復聞於爾間、蓋爾諸商素為世之尊者、萬國亦以爾巫術而受惑矣、
