加畧見取、保障被據、是日也、摩押武士心怯、猶臨產之婦、摩押自大、悖逆耶和華、故必毀壞、不復為國、耶和華曰、摩押居民歟、驚駭坎阱機檻、悉臨於爾、逃於驚駭者、必陷於坎阱、出於坎阱者、必罹於機檻、蓋我必使懲罰摩押之年臨之、耶和華言之矣、

爾必出城缺而直前、投於哈門、耶和華言之矣、○

蓋耶和華曰、我必使爾驚惶、爾之友朋因而驚惶、彼必仆於敵刃、為爾目睹、我將付猶大眾於巴比倫王、虜至巴比倫、殺之以刃、

我將以靈置於其衷、俾其聞風、而歸故土、在彼使仆於刃、○

蓋耶和華使亞蘭軍旅、聞車聲馬聲、大軍之聲、則相語曰、以色列王必賄赫族、與埃及諸王、來攻我矣、薄暮即起而遁、棄其帳幕馬驢、留營如故、祇逃其生、

惡者無人追襲而逃、義者猛勇若獅、

爾昆弟遘災之日、爾不可旁觀、猶大人見滅之日、爾不可欣喜、於其遭難之日、爾不可狂言、我民遇禍之日、爾不可入其邑門、受罰之日、爾不可旁觀其苦、罹害之日、爾不可攘取其財、不可立於通衢、而絕其逃脫者、於其患難之日、不可付其遺民於敵、

曰、耶和華以此地賜爾、我所知也、緣爾之故、吾儕畏懼、斯土之民喪膽、

爾其設謀行義、亭午施蔭若夜、見逐者當藏匿之、逃遁者勿發覺之、

驚駭之聲、常聞於耳、亨通之時、殘賊臨之、
