And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.

If I go and do that, I will come back. And I will take you to be with me. Then you will also be where I am.

When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am.

And if I go and make ready a place for you, I will come again and take you to be with me, so that where I am you may be too.

who also said,“ You men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who was received up from you into the sky, will come back in the same way as you saw him going into the sky.”

If we endure, we will also reign with him. If we deny him, he also will deny us.

If anyone serves me, let him follow me. Where I am, there my servant will also be. If anyone serves me, the Father will honor him.

For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with God’s trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first,then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.

You heard how I told you,‘ I go away, and I come to you.’ If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I said‘ I am going to my Father;’ for the Father is greater than I.

that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.Now, brothers, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to him, we ask you

I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God, the Almighty, and the Lamb, are its temple.The city has no need for the sun or moon to shine, for the very glory of God illuminated it, and its lamp is the Lamb.

But I am hard pressed between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better.

I will not leave you orphans. I will come to you.Yet a little while, and the world will see me no more; but you will see me. so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, without sin, to those who are eagerly waiting for him for salvation.

Father, I desire that they also whom you have given me be with me where I am, that they may see my glory, which you have given me, for you loved me before the foundation of the world.

and if children, then heirs: heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him.

Therefore we are always confident and know that while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord;for we walk by faith, not by sight.We are courageous, I say, and are willing rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.

They stoned Stephen as he called out, saying,“ Lord Jesus, receive my spirit!”He kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice,“ Lord, don’t hold this sin against them!” When he had said this, he fell asleep.

Before him all the nations will be gathered, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.He will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.Then the King will tell those on his right hand,‘ Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;

He who overcomes, I will give to him to sit down with me on my throne, as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne.

There will be no curse any more. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will serve him.They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.There will be no night, and they need no lamp light or sun light; for the Lord God will illuminate them. They will reign forever and ever.
