他回答：‘这是仇敌所作的。’仆人问他：‘你要我们去拔掉它吗？’

“主人告诉他们：‘这是仇敌做的。’“奴仆问：‘那么，你要我们去把稗子拔掉吗？’

主人說：『這是仇敵做的。』僕人說：『你要我們去薅出來嗎？』

主人回答他們：『這是仇敵做的。』僕人對他說：『你要我們去拔掉嗎？』

主人對曰：「讐人所為也。」傭曰：「吾儕即往薅之如何？」

“‘ An enemy did this,’ he replied.“ The servants asked him,‘ Do you want us to go and pull them up?’

“‘ An enemy did this,’ he replied.“ The slaves asked him,‘ Do you want us to go and pull up the weeds?’

He said to them,‘ An enemy has done this.’ So the servants said to him,‘ Then do you want us to go and gather them?’

“‘ An enemy has done this!’ the farmer exclaimed.“‘ Should we pull out the weeds?’ they asked.

“‘ An enemy did this,’ he told them.“‘ So, do you want us to go and pull them up?’ the servants asked him.

And he said to them,‘ An enemy has done this!’ The slaves* said to him,‘ Do you want us, then, to go and gather them up?’

He said to them,‘ An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him,‘ Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’

And he said unto them, An enemy hath done this. And the servants say unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

“‘ An enemy did this!’ he told them.“‘ So, do you want us to go and gather them up?’ the slaves asked him.

He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

He said,‘ An enemy has done this.’ So the slaves replied,‘ Do you want us to go and gather them?’

“ He said to them,‘ An enemy has done this.’“ The servants asked him,‘ Do you want us to go and gather them up?’

现在，我虽然身在远方，心却在你们那里。我已经审判了做这事的人，就像亲自在场一样。你们奉我们主耶稣的名聚会时，我的心并我们主耶稣的权能也与你们同在。你们要把这人交给撒旦去毁坏他的肉体，好使这人的灵魂在主耶稣再来的日子可以得救。你们自夸不是好事，岂不知一点面酵能使整团面发起来吗？你们要把旧酵除掉，好成为真正无酵的新面团，因为我们逾越节的羔羊——基督已经被献为祭了。

此外，我劝你们要告诫懒惰的人，鼓励灰心的人，扶持软弱的人，耐心对待所有的人。

约翰说：“老师，我们看见有人奉你的名赶鬼，就阻止他，因为他不是和我们一起跟从你的。”耶稣却对他说：“你不要阻止他，因为不反对你们的，就是支持你们的。”耶稣被接回天家的日子快到了，祂决定前往耶路撒冷。祂先派人到撒玛利亚的一个村庄去预备食宿，但撒玛利亚人见他们是上耶路撒冷去的，不肯接待他们。祂的门徒雅各和约翰见状，说：“主啊，你要我们叫天上的火降下来烧死他们吗？”

这样的人受了众人的谴责也就够了。你们现在要饶恕他、安慰他，免得他忧伤过度而一蹶不振。我劝你们要让他确实知道你们仍然爱他。为此，我也曾写信给你们，想知道你们是否凡事顺服。你们饶恕谁，我也饶恕谁。我若饶恕，是为了你们的缘故在基督面前饶恕的，免得撒旦乘虚而入，因为我们并非不知道它的诡计。

那些心存疑惑的人，你们要怜悯他们；有些人，你们要将他们从火中抢救出来；还有些人，你们要怀着畏惧的心怜悯他们，甚至要厌恶被他们的邪情私欲玷污的衣服。
