all these now join their fellow Israelites the nobles, and bind themselves with a curse and an oath to follow the Law of God given through Moses the servant of God and to obey carefully all the commands, regulations and decrees of the Lord our Lord.

All the men joined the nobles of their people. They made a firm agreement. They made a promise and said they would be cursed if they didn’t keep it. They promised to follow the Law of God. It had been given through Moses, the servant of God. They promised to obey carefully all the commands, rules and laws of the Lord our Lord.

我曾經起誓，我必信守諾言：我要遵行你公義的法令。

王站在自己的位置上，在耶和華面前立約，要全心全意地跟隨耶和華，遵從祂的一切誡命、法度和律例，履行約書上的規定。

因為上帝拯救世人的恩典已經顯明了，這恩典教導我們除掉不敬虔的心和世俗的私慾，在今世過自律、公義、敬畏上帝的生活，懷著美好的盼望等候耶穌基督——我們偉大的上帝和救主的榮耀顯現。主耶穌為我們犧牲自己，要救贖我們脫離一切罪惡，並潔淨我們，使我們作祂的子民，成為熱心行善的人。

王站在柱旁，在耶和華面前立約，要全心全意地跟隨耶和華，遵從祂的一切誡命、法度和律例，履行約書上的規定。民眾都答應守約。

他們說：「我們會照你的話去做，把東西還給他們，不再向他們索債。」於是，我召來祭司，讓這些人起誓遵守自己的諾言。我抖著衣服說：「如果你們不守誓言，願上帝也這樣抖掉你們的家園和你們勞碌得來的，使你們一無所有。」全體會眾都說：「阿們！」他們讚美耶和華，民眾都遵照誓言去行。

我要把我的靈放在你們裡面，使你們恪守我的律例，謹遵我的典章。

你們如果照我的吩咐去做，就是我的朋友。

天亮後，猶太人設下陰謀，並起誓說：「不殺保羅，誓不吃喝！」有四十多人參與了這個陰謀。他們去見祭司長和長老，說：「我們已經發了誓，不殺保羅不吃飯。請你們和公會出面通知千夫長，請他把保羅押到你們這裡來，就說要進一步審訊他。我們準備在他到達之前殺掉他！」

不過，也有人跟隨保羅，信了耶穌，其中有亞略·巴古的會員丟尼修和一位名叫戴瑪麗的婦人及其他人。

我們的主耶和華啊，你的名在地上何其尊貴！你的榮耀充滿諸天。

耶和華必憐憫雅各，再次選擇以色列人做祂的子民，把他們安置在他們自己的土地上。外族人必與他們聯合，歸入以色列。

摩西不是把律法傳給了你們嗎？你們卻沒有一個人遵守。為什麼想要殺我呢？」

他到達後，看見上帝所賜的恩典，就萬分高興，勸勉他們要全心地忠於主。

凡不尋求以色列的上帝耶和華的，無論男女老幼，一律處死。他們高聲向耶和華起誓，並吹響號角。

所以，你們要謹遵你們上帝耶和華的吩咐，不可偏離左右。

「你們要記住我僕人摩西的律法，就是我在何烈山藉著他傳給以色列人的律例和典章。

你不要答應他們，因為他們有四十多個人會埋伏在半路，並且還起誓說，『不殺保羅就不吃不喝』。他們現在已經準備就緒，就等你答應了。」

祂這樣做是要使他們持守祂的命令，遵行祂的律法。你們要讚美耶和華！

不可虛情假意地愛人。要嫉惡如仇，一心向善。

摩西把所有的以色列人召來，對他們說：「以色列人啊，要留心聽我今天對你們宣講的律例和典章，要學習並謹慎遵行。

你要告訴他們，耶和華這樣說，「如果你們不聽從我的話，不遵行我賜給你們的律法，

『凡雕刻或鑄造耶和華所憎惡的神像，並偷偷供奉的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『凡不尊敬父母的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『凡挪移鄰居界石的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『凡故意帶領盲人走錯路的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『不公正地對待寄居者和孤兒寡婦的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『凡與父親的妻妾亂倫，使父親蒙羞的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『凡與獸交合的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『凡與同父或同母姊妹亂倫的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『凡與岳母亂倫的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『凡暗殺鄰居的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『凡因收受賄賂而殺害無辜的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』『凡不遵行這律法的必受咒詛！』全體民眾要回答說，『阿們！』

以色列的上帝耶和華啊，你曾對你僕人——我父大衛說，『若你的子孫像你一樣謹慎行事，遵行我的律法，你的王朝就不會中斷。』求你信守這應許。

為要接受你們的上帝耶和華與你們立的誓約。這樣，祂今天將宣告你們是祂的子民、祂是你們的上帝，正如祂對你們的應許和對你們祖先亞伯拉罕、以撒和雅各的誓言。耶和華的這誓約不僅是與你們立的，

我就斥責他們，咒詛他們，打了他們其中一些人，又扯他們的頭髮，要他們奉上帝的名起誓不再讓自己的子女與外族人通婚，自己也不娶外族女子。

但耶戶沒有全心全意地遵守以色列的上帝耶和華的律法，卻重蹈耶羅波安的覆轍，使以色列人陷入罪中。

我們的主耶和華啊，你的名在地上何其尊貴！

因為律法是藉著摩西頒佈的，恩典和真理是藉著耶穌基督賜下來的。

摩西將律法頒佈給我們，作為雅各子孫的產業。
