我們不將女兒嫁給當地的人，也不為兒子娶當地的女子。

并不将我们的女儿嫁给这地的居民，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

我们不把我们的女儿嫁给这地的居民，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

我们不把我们的女儿嫁给这地的居民，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

我们不将女儿嫁给当地的人，也不为儿子娶当地的女子。

我们必不把我们的女儿嫁给这地的外族人，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

並不將我們的女兒嫁給這地的居民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

我們不把我們的女兒嫁給這地的居民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

我們不把我們的女兒嫁給這地的居民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

我們必不把我們的女兒嫁給這地的外族人，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

就是說，我們決不將我們的女兒嫁給這地別族之民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

不以我女嫁斯土之民、不為我子娶其女、

不以女嫁異邦人、不以異邦人之女娶為媳。

皆從貴顯之同族、發誓立盟、必遵天主僕摩西所傳天主之律法、謹守遵行我主耶和華之一切誡命、律例、法度、

“ We promise not to give our daughters in marriage to the peoples around us or take their daughters for our sons.

Here is what the priests, Levites and people said.“ We promise not to let our daughters marry men from the nations around us. And we promise not to let their daughters marry our sons.

We will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons.

“ We promise not to let our daughters marry the pagan people of the land, and not to let our sons marry their daughters.

We will not give our daughters in marriage to the surrounding peoples and will not take their daughters as wives for our sons.

and that we will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons.

We would not give our daughters as wives to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

and that we would not give our daughters unto the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

We will not give our daughters in marriage to the surrounding peoples and will not take their daughters as wives for our sons.

And that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons:

“ We will not give our daughters in marriage to the neighboring peoples, and we will not take their daughters in marriage for our sons.

and that we would not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

給兒子娶他們的女兒為妻，以致她們與自己的神明苟合時誘使你的兒子犯同樣的罪。

不可與他們通婚，不可讓你們的兒女與他們的兒女通婚，

以斯拉祭司站起來對他們說：「你們對上帝不忠，娶外族的女子為妻，加重了以色列的罪惡。現在，你們要向你們祖先的上帝耶和華認罪，遵行祂的旨意，與這地方的人和你們的外族妻子斷絕關係。」會眾都高聲回答說：「你說的對，我們必照你的話做。

所以不要讓你們的女兒嫁給他們的兒子，也不要讓你們的兒子娶他們的女兒。永不可為他們謀求平安和好處。這樣，你們就可強盛，吃那裡的美好出產，也可將那地方留給你們的子孫作為永久的產業。』「雖然因為我們的惡行和大罪，這一切事情臨到我們，但我們的上帝啊，你給我們的懲罰比我們該受的輕多了，你還施恩給我們留下這些餘民。我們豈能再違背你的誡命，與這些行為可憎的人通婚？若我們這樣行，你豈不發怒毀滅我們，使我們無一倖免嗎？

這些事以後，眾首領來告訴我說：「以色列民眾、祭司和利未人還沒有與當地各族分開，他們仍隨從迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亞捫人、摩押人、埃及人和亞摩利人的可憎行為。他們為自己和自己的兒子娶這些人的女兒為妻，使聖潔的民族與當地的人混雜。首領和官員是這種不忠之事的罪魁。」一聽到這些，我便撕裂衣服和外袍，拔掉頭髮和鬍鬚，驚懼地坐下。
