Therefore let all the faithful pray to you while you may be found; surely the rising of the mighty waters will not reach them.

先知曰、耶和華離民不遠、將加眷顧、爾當乘時祈求。

我左右爾、雖涉江河、不致沉淪、雖經烈燄、不致焚燬。

上帝曰、納爾之時、吾聽爾、救爾之日、我祐爾、今乃見納之時、得救之日矣、

耶和華兮、予讚美之、困窮之人、聞予言而欣喜兮。爾曹良朋、與我同聲、稱耶和華之德為大、頌耶和華之名為尊兮。我求耶和華、蒙其俯聞、我所懼者、不及吾身兮、困窮之人、望耶和華、得其燭照、不致貽羞兮。

山霤奔赴、其聲噌［口宏］、源源而來、勢欲淹予兮。

豈不知敬虔之士、為耶和華所遴選、有祈而必聽。

爾將尋我不遇、我所在爾不能至、

於是我歌新詩、讚美我上帝、眾見而寅畏、惟耶和華是恃兮、

今吾喜、非因爾憂、乃因爾憂而生悔改、蓋爾憂、遵上帝道而憂、明我不虧爾、夫遵上帝道而憂者、其悔改無後悔、而得救、從世俗而憂者、致人於死、

耶和華又曰、納爾之時、我聽爾、救爾之日我祐爾、倍加保護、俾與我民立約、復興斯邦、使荒蕪之區、為民樂土、

教我棄諸不虔與私欲、生於斯世、必廉節、公義、敬虔、

聞吾言而行之者、譬彼智人、建屋磐上、雨降潦行、風吹撞屋、而不傾覆、因基磐上、聞吾言而不行者、譬彼愚人、建屋沙上、雨降潦行、風吹撞屋、遂以傾覆、而傾覆者大也、○

洪水氾濫及至四旬、水勢洶湧、舟浮於地。水愈橫溢、舟溯洄於水面。橫流益甚、天下高山、為之湮沒。其勢洋溢、高於諸山、一丈有五。○昆蟲禽獸、六畜、與人、以及生物動於地者、俱已沉沒。凡在陸地、有鼻可通呼吸者、咸就死亡。

耶和華上帝兮、我祈於爾、望爾恩澤、矜憫無涯、垂聽余而援手、踐爾前言兮、出我於淤泥、救我於深淵、免敵害予兮、行潦勿淹予、深淵勿沉予、幽冥勿陷予兮、

波濤澎湃、其勢洶湧、早已淹予兮、

行潦之水、沛然而至、望上帝援予兮、我陷淤泥、無地可立、我臨深淵、波濤淹予兮。

我儕臨難時、得其慰、使我受上帝慰、因以慰遭難者、

舉手於霄漢、援我於波濤、拯我於異邦兮、

斯時籲我、而我弗聽、竭力求恩、而不可得。

曰、今猶為爾日、及是時、而知關爾平安之事、則幸、過此、隱於爾目矣、日至、敵必築壘環繞、四面困爾、夷爾及赤子、不遺石於石上、以爾不知眷顧之日也、○

蛇吐水成渠淹婦之後、意欲溺之、地坼、吸龍所吐之水以援婦、

而耶穌基督彰厥恆忍、先矜恤我、為後信望永生者、得我為模楷、

爾以手援予、使予忻喜兮、爾扶翼予、使予慨以慷兮、我以爾道訓迪罪人、使彼悔改、咸歸向爾兮、
