是日也、萬軍之主耶和華、詔人哭泣哀號、薙髮束麻、乃見欣喜歡忭、宰牛殺羊、食肉飲酒、曰、毋寧式飲式食、蓋明日死矣、萬軍之耶和華附耳示我曰、此罪誠不得贖、迨至於死、萬軍之主耶和華言之矣、○

如在虜至之地、思念改悔、懇求於爾曰、我儕犯罪、悖逆作惡、

耶和華之聲、向斯邑而呼、智者必寅畏其名、其聽厥杖、而知為誰所定、

故萬軍之耶和華云、爾其自思所為、爾播多而穫少、食不得飽、飲不得足、衣不得暖、傭獲其值、盛於敝囊、萬軍之耶和華云、爾其自思所為、

爾中有憂苦者、則祈禱、有喜樂者、則歌頌、

耶和華歟、爾手高舉、而彼不視、惟爾為民熱中、彼將視之而愧、火必燬滅爾敵、

我之受難、乃為我益、使我學爾典章兮、

耶和華歟、爾所懲責、訓以律者、其有福兮、脫之於患難、錫之以綏安、迨為惡人掘阱兮、

蓋我來非召義人、乃召罪人耳、○
