When I speak to the rivers and say,‘ Dry up!’ they will be dry.

我對深海說，『枯乾吧！我要使你的河流乾涸』；

我對深淵說：‘你乾了吧，我必使你的江河乾涸！’

是那對淵海說：「你乾了吧，我必使你的江河乾涸」的，

是我對深淵說：『乾涸吧！我也要使流入你的江河枯乾』；

命深淵竭、其河我則涸之、

變江河為陸地、

命深淵為陸地、使江河涸竭無水、
